I spend at least 8 hours per day on the PC. Mostly for work (since I am a software developer), but spend many hours of my own time on the PC/Phone as well. I am also a gamer and I code in my free time as well. In my opinion, it is not the amount of time you spend online, but what you do. Watching TikTok videos over and over again, it is a big no. Learning stuff, building things can have a good impact. Now, I am not saying that spending ALL you time on the PC is good, but there is a big difference between learning while online and just doing brain-dead things.
