It's a bit over 11 PM in my part of the world, as I type this post and I just got home. I spent almost the entire day out, except for about one hour when I entered the house to eat and make a phone call, but little did I know this morning what beauties my eyes would get to see this afternoon.
So, soon after I woke up I had my breakfast(omelet as usual ;)) and posted my Leofinance article, and after nailing all of these I went out for a cup of tea. The restaurant I was driving to was out of town on European road 70, which crosses almost the entire country and while driving to that location I was seeing cars coming from both directions and having "snow traces on them".
WTF?! I said to myself... Why are all these people having damn snow on their cars and we get shit in here... I started feeling frustrated because I really want a good old winter with plenty of snow like the ones we had when we were kids. It's like this area is cursed or something cuz we get none...
Wisdom says that sometimes when the desired object doesn't come to you, you just gotta go and grab it. And that's what I did... I wanted to see and photograph some snow and drove about 40 kilometers from my town until "I got the trace of it".
There was none in the town of Baile Herculane a place located in beteen some small and rocky mountains where I supposed I will be finding some, but as I was "drifting away" from the town I started to see it on these beautiful peaks.
It would have been almost impossible to climb over there, although for the sake of snapping a few nice pics I would have probably dedicated a whole day doing that, but at least I got some decent pics even from the distance. You can't imagine the calm that these mountains are transmitting and how clean these peaks looked.
Pure ZEN...
It would have been nice to have a drone and "send it" over these peaks for a better experience, but unfortunately, I got none. However, it's on my bucket list for the next bull market profits. So... the story of my Sunday could be phrased as... if the snow doesn't come to you, then it's probably time you should go after its ass :)
That's it for today from my side. I'm gonna be hitting the shower soon and going to bed afterwards. I hope you all had a great Sunday as well and see ya all tomorrow. Enjoy the pics ;).
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
