Hello everyone, a couple of weeks ago, even if the weather conditions were not the best, I decided to do an excursion anyway.
I drove up to Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso and climbed up to Pianezze at an altitude of 1061 meters above sea level.

Ciao a tutti, un paio di settimane fa, anche se le condizioni meteo non erano delle migliori, ho deciso di fare lo stesso un escursione.
Ho guidato fino a Valdobbiadene, in provincia di Treviso e sono salito fino a Pianezze a quota 1061 metri sul livello del mare.
In my mind I had imagined something else. When I arrived there was nothing to be seen, I was literally in the clouds.
So I decided to lower my altitude and I reached a promising area called Pian de Farnè, never heard of before!

Nella mia mente mi ero immaginato un'altra cosa. Quando sono arrivato non si vedeva niente, ero letteralmente fra le nuvole.
Ho deciso così diabbassarmi di quota e ho raggiunto una zona promettente che di chiama Pian de Farnè, mai sentito prima!
I parked the car near a hairpin bend in front of a gate of an uninhabited house and walked along this paved road...

Ho parcheggiato l'auto vicino ad un tornante di fronte ad un cancello di una casa disabitata e mi sono incamminato lungo questa strada asfaltata...
I haven't met a soul, the place is beautiful but I recommend you visit it in spring or summer. When I went there because of the low clouds and the mist I couldn't even see the view.

Non ho incontrato anima viva, il posto è bello però vi consiglio di visitarlo in primavera o estate. Quando ci sono stato a causa delle nuvole basse e della foschia non riuscivo a scorgere nemmeno il panorama.
It felt like an autumn setting but spring at the same time for the colorful flowers on the side of the road.

Along the road there were some houses but only one was inhabited, I would say a too quiet place.

Lungo la strada c'era qualche casa ma solo una era abitata, direi un posto fin troppo tranquillo.
But I will tell you that the path is beautiful. Relaxing, not very tiring and immersed in a beautiful landscape.
You would be able to see the inhabited plain and probably also the Piave river. I don't know for sure, if I go back with a nice day, I'll be able to tell you.

Vi dirò però che il percorso è bello. Rilassante, poco faticoso e immerso in un bel paesaggio.
Si riuscirebbe a vedere la pianura abitata e probabilmente anche il fiume Piave. Non lo so con certezza, se ci tornerò con una bella giornata, ve lo saprò dire.
The day was stagnant, the weather showed no signs of improving.

La giornata era stagnante, la meteo non accennava a migliorare.
It is certainly a very scenic route, a shame not to have fully appreciated it, however I liked the wide pastures and the trees, some really big.

E' sicuramente un percorso molto panoramico, un peccato non averlo apprezzato appieno, ad ogni modo mi sono piaciuti gli ampi pascoli e gli alberi, alcuni davvero grandi.
At a certain point, when I glimpsed a small church, I realized that I had arrived at Pian di Farnè.

Ad un certo punto, quando ho intravisto una piccola chiesetta, ho capito che ero arrivato al Pian di Farnè.
There is an interesting agritourism area there because the space is open, there are many tables and barbecues and not far away a small lake with benches around it.

Lì c'è un'area agrituristica interessante perchè lo spazio è aperto, ci sono molti tavoli e barbecues e poco distante un piccolo laghetto con delle panchine attorno.
At 200 meters there are a group of buildings including the farm, but I did not go to see closely.

A 200 metri ci sono un gruppo di edifici tra i quali l'agriturismo, ma non sono andato a vedere da vicino.
If you want, you can continue and descend towards the town towards a naturalistic oasis and a convent.
All in all it was a pleasant excursion, a pity only for the weather conditions that affected the experience.
In summary, there are so many interesting places nearby that I recommend taking this excursion only if you happen to be nearby.

Se si vuole si può proseguire e scendere verso il paese verso un'oasi naturalistica e un convento.
Tutto sommato è stata un'escursione piacevole, peccato solo per le condizioni meteo che hanno pregiudicato l'esperienza.
Riassumendo ci sono così tanti posti interessanti nei paraggi che consiglio di fare queta escursione solo se vi trovate per caso lì vicino.
