The Limmat Promenade along the Limmat River in Baden offers a place for a little break in time. It is very popular for walkers and joggers, cyclists, and for all who can enjoy a rest in one of the restaurants or bars along the walk.
As I also had to do some work there, I did not let go of a walk through the promenade. Baden is nice to have a bath is also known for its thermal baths with 200 years of tradition one of the most mineral-rich thermal water in Switzerland, with about 18 diverse springs in which relaxing will have a positive effect on our health and life balance. In summer you can have a refreshing bad in Limmatt river.
The Stadt turm was built in the second half of the 15th century in two stages. White, red and black are the dominant colors. Its large gate marks the entry to the alley, which one of the most loved promenades of the city with restaurants bars as well as many shopping opportunities.
A bridge in the direction of Ennetbaden and an elevator tower makes possible the direct connection from Bahnhofplatz Baden to the Limmatpromenade.
Thanks for stopping by.
Have a beautiful Day!
