Hey guyz,
Um, back people with another travel blogpost in HIVE.
This time I'm going to talk about my tour to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park of Gazpiur, Bangladesh and that's in Asia.
About The Tour
I traveled to that place with my classmates and it was a study tour from our college and this tour happened back in 2014 when I was a school student. It was a one day trip with most of the school students and teachers. I still remember some great memories that I had in this trip.
At very early in the morning, we had to reach our school premises to catch the vehicle and the journey started early. Before the journey, I got some time to check on the campus and as I had a camera that day, I didn't forget to click some photos of our beloved school campus.
Yes, I started my photographs with a click of the terrace of one of the building of our campus.
Then I started clicking some photos of inside the buildings where there were some nice and big trees which were decorated nicely and I was kind of finding peach from this moment.
Those classrooms that were a part of our life for a long time where we had to go everyday excludes the holiday and I enjoyed that life.
Is the side road of the lake still that beautiful like that day? I don't know. After walking around the campus for a moment, it was time to leave the campus for the trip as our bus and all peoples arrived already.
The road looked so nice at that time as it was very early in a winter morning and everything was in peace it seemed. Only some horns of some vehicles and birds singing were coming towards my ear. I booked the window seat and started the journey.
After we crossed the Savar Cantonment Public School & College, there came Nabinagar bus stand and we were crossing our living places in order to see some great views. The after some time, it was time for breakfast which was included in the trip package.
It was a nice breakfast that included a sandwich, a samosa, a plum and a snack that we call moa. I really liked the breakfast. So, after the breakfast, we had so much fun in our journey until we reached the place where we were going. We sang, we danced and we faked drunk. Then we reached the place after a long drive.
Now that's the 1st and main gate of the park which looked good and the gate was decorated with three artificial dead trees and two big-sized spiders and there are two artificial elephants on both side of the gate.
As there was a lot of us, so we had to wait on big lines and then we got inside after sometimes.
The first thing that took my attention was the display map of this place which was at the right side of the opening road and it was the first thing that should be caught in your eyesight if you look at the right side after entering the gate. Unfortunately I don't have any photo of the map. It's a big 3D map that shows almost the whole park in kind of 3D.
Then we started walking and we've found a big round shaped lake at the left side and that lake has a lot of living thins eg. dolphin, crocodile, big-sized frog, big-sized fishes etc and all of them were artificial.
Then we've found this big artificial fountain that contains a big artificial bird with it's hunt on top.
Then, there's this kangaroo with it's baby kangaroo and they're also artificial. I guess you're not that satisfied seeing all these artificial things. Let's show you some living animals now, shall I?
Let's talk about the queen of the forest first.
These lionesses were taking rest after the meal maybe. There were three of them altogether and maybe there were more around.
Oooops, we've awakened the beasts. But the middle was was still sleeping like she doesn't care.
Then the deer.
And some zebras in open.
Those zebras then hid themselves behind some leaves.
And then tigers. That tiger was eating something, maybe boiled rice.
And there's another one which was on the other side of the lake.
And that one came near the other one after some time and then another one joined the party they started playing or should I say fighting?
There were separate rooms for each kinds of animals.
No more violent animals, let's see some peaceful living creatures. What do you want to see? Some birds, maybe?
Yes, then we reached the bird cage where there were different kinds of birds.
Then there was a place for elephants.
There's an option to ride the elephants by paying a fee although I didn't try as I didn't think it worth the money.
There were big-sized giraffes as well and they were eating leaves in peace.
And there were various kinds of ducks on some lakes and they looked so calm.
I shouldn't forget about the peacock, right? Look how awesome they are when they unfold the feathers.
Now at the end of the post, I'm going to show something special.
Yes, a big-sized crocodile and that's not artificial. Yes, it's a real and living crocodile which is so big in size but it seemed like a dead one and it was not moving a bit. Maybe it was full in stomach after lunch.
We had our lunch at outside the park and then got inside the park again. We, friends had so much fun in this place and we've passed a fantastic time together.
Then we left the place when it was time.
End of the tour.
Peace.
