During the beginning of the pandemic, while most people were isolating, I had the opportunity to travel out west of Canada. Naturally, I took the opportunity 😁 For a year, I moved out to Alberta, or as Canadians like to call it, cowboy country 😂 It was a chance of a lifetime that I truly hope I get to experience again soon.
Growing up in southern Ontario, one doesn't see too much in terms of mountainous terrain. In fact, for the most part, land is primarily flat. So to be able to experience landscapes, such as these ones, was absolutely insane to me!
Alberta is an extremely beautiful province, and so far, is also one of my favorites. Aside from the amazing views, there is also plenty of wildlife to be found throughout the region. Deer, moose, magpies, and bears!! 😱 I will never forget when we drove so far up north that we eventually began to encounter grizzly bear signs! 😬😵
