Meranges is a beautiful small town in the Catalan Pyrenees. Located in the Baixa Cerdanya it's about 10km. inside a nice valley, the Vall Tova, far away from any other town, and it preserves the traditional architecture of the High Pyrenees.
It's a perfect place for people who loves nature as it has nice walks to the lake or just through the valley. The town itselfs is worth visiting.
I've never been there before and I was lucky to be there one day without many visitors so I enjoyed a lot the calm of the town.
If you visit the Cerdanya, try to find a moment to go to Meranges, you'll love it!
