Rize Province is a province of northeast Turkey, on the eastern Black Sea coast between Trabzon and Artvin. The city of Rize is a coastal town on a narrow strip of flat land between the mountains and the sea. Today the area is wealthier although there is a marked difference between the lifestyle of the people in the relatively wealthy city of Rize and those in the remote villages where wooden houses perch on the steep mountainside with the rain beating down..
I visited Rize 5.5 years ago. My grandfather was born in this city 120 years ago and came to Istanbul 8 years later...

It has beautiful nature. I can beautiful places with green and blue..
High inflation and economic conditions are getting worse in Turkey right now. I had planned this trip well in advance, but had to postpone it due to rising costs.
Today, by looking at old Rize photos, I took notes of places I had not been before. Next time I go, I will try to visit places I have never been before.
