My friends come up from San Diego every fall to visit my city, and me, I suppose, by default. But mostly they visit Portland. Yes, they still like to come here, to what's left of my poor little scrap of a town after it was burned down by riots and bombed by the maga mafia.
I see much more of the city than I otherwise would when they come to visit. More of the shops and attractions and markets. More of the nightlife and cocktail bars and clubs. I'm a nature girl, I look up and outside on my downtime. But sometimes it's fun to go inside. Especially inside this uber fancy haunted theme bar called Raven's Manor, where the servers are bloody and the drinks are bloody expensive.
