VISITANDO MUSEO "PUEBLOS DE MARGARITA " / Un día histórico para recordar | VISITING THE "PUEBLOS DE MARGARITA" MUSEUM / A historic day to remember [ESP-ENG]

Esta ves quiero contarles la experiencia que viví visitando uno de los parques temáticos (o museo) que se encuentra ubicado en la Isla de Margarita- Venezuela, un lugar lleno de muchísima historia, se caracteriza por tener en cada espacio,el nombre de un pueblo, y de los rincones de más importantes de el. Se encuentran ahí toda la historia del mismo, las costumbres y hasta objetos de la misma época, es asombroso poder retroceder en el tiempo y ver como era la vida en los pueblos de antes (obviamente en Margarita).

This time I want to tell you about the experience I lived visiting one of the theme parks (or museum) that is located on the Island of Margarita- Venezuela, a place full of a lot of history, it is characterized by having in each space, the name of a town , and the most important corners of it. All its history, customs and even objects from the same period are there, it is amazing to be able to go back in time and see what life was like in the old towns (obviously in Margarita).

Es un lugar precioso,pues queda al frente del mar, y a parte de lo maravilloso que es,puedes apreciar la vista que este ofrece.

El Museo Pueblos de Margarita, es el único centro de investigación, preservación, exhibición y difusión de la Música, el Arte, el Folclor y la Gastronomía de Margarita. Ideado y construido por Alexis Marín Cheng, hacedor de la Colección Margarita, su Música y sus Músicos. Es una fundación sin fines de lucro y de autogestión, que se desarrolla en un ambiente del gran esplendor natural, ubicado entre el mar y la montaña en el sector de Tacuantar, aledaño a la población de Juan Griego.

El Museo cuenta con 28 paradas en más de 20.000 mts2 de exhibición, que son la mejor referencia sobre la evolución histórica de nuestra Isla, desde la más remota presencia de los primeros aborígenes hasta el sol de hoy.

The Museo Pueblos de Margarita, is the only center for research, preservation, exhibition and dissemination of Music, Art, Folklore and Gastronomy of Margarita. Conceived and built by Alexis Marín Cheng, maker of the Margarita Collection, its Music and its Musicians. It is a non-profit and self-managed foundation, which is developed in an environment of great natural splendor, located between the sea and the mountains in the Tacuantar sector, near the town of Juan Griego.

The Museum has 28 stops in more than 20,000 m2 of exhibition, which are the best reference on the historical evolution of our Island, from the most remote presence of the first aborigines to the sun today.

Había un guía que nos iba relatando la historia de cada pueblo,era impresionante como podía saber tanto,aunque me imagino que ya tenía el suficiente conocimiento porque tenía mucho tiempo trabajando allí.

Las casas fueron construidas con barro,y es impresionante lo bien que están conservadas a pesar del tiempo. Hay una torre altísima que se encuentra ahí,que es donde tiene la mejor vista.

There was a guide who was telling us the history of each town, it was impressive how he could know so much, although I imagine that he already had enough knowledge because he had been working there for a long time.

The houses were built with mud, and it is impressive how well they are preserved despite the time. There is a very tall tower that is there, which is where you have the best view

Este maravillo lugar,no solo es un museo, aquí se han celebrado muchas bodas, y eventos grandes tal como el "OKTOBER FEST" , tuve la oportunidad de asistir una ves.

Se encuentran también "cafeterías" donde venden bebidas y alimentos. También "tienditas" en donde te puedes llevar un lindo recuerdo de este lugar.

This wonderful place is not only a museum, many weddings have been held here, and big events such as the "OKTOBER FEST", I had the opportunity to attend once.

There are also "cafeterias" where they sell drinks and food. Also "little shops" where you can take a nice souvenir of this place.

En uno de los tantos sitios en los cuales entré,me encontré con una maravillosa biblioteca, por la apariencia de los libros,tenían que tener muchísimos años, también dentro de la misma habían objetos antiguos que alguna vez permanecieron a alguien. Dentro de esa misma habitación, había un teléfono súper antiguo, estaba tan inmersa que no logré tomarle foto.

In one of the many places in which I entered, I found a wonderful library, because of the appearance of the books, they had to be many years old, there were also ancient objects that once remained with someone. Inside that same room, there was a super old phone, it was so immersed that I couldn't take a picture of it.

Había un lugar que era precioso,porque habían dos casas a cada lado, y en el medio una calle con escalones de piedra y era hermoso,las casas de barro que habían al rededor.

There was a place that was beautiful, because there were two houses on each side, and in the middle a street with stone steps and it was beautiful, the mud houses that were around it.

Este maravilloso lugar lleno de tan buena energía,es un lugar histórico para nuestra querida Margarita, me encantó aprender muchísimo. Y aunque no esté abierto al público por tema de pandemia, cuando reaperturen les recomiendo a los que puedan ir,que lo visiten, no se van a arrepentir de toda la historia y la cultura que hay!

Recuerden que cualquier conocimiento siempre es bueno,tratemos de aprender lo más que se pueda!

This wonderful place full of such good energy, is a historical place for our beloved Margarita, I loved learning a lot. And although it is not open to the public due to a pandemic, when they reopen, I recommend that those who can go visit it, they will not regret all the history and culture that there is!
