CERRO AZUL, ¡Una aventura inolvidable [Esp/Eng]!

CERRO AZUL, an unforgettable adventure!
How did my adventure begin? I went with a group of travelers called "Viajeros Venezuela", in February 2020 (Yes, it was a long time ago, but it is one of the most beautiful places I have visited, so it is worth showing it). The trip with them was really very economical, it was about 6$ approximately, I don't remember well. The trip included transfer from the passenger terminal, at 6:30 am, with return at that time but at night. It also included a guide and paramedics. Before we bought the ticket, they explained to us that it was a hiking trip and that, depending on the group, it could take 2 hours to get to the main waterfall. Honestly, that's what motivates me the most, hiking (that's where I'm going ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha).
When the unit arrived at the starting point, the guide gave us a series of recommendations, among them that we should go through the water when we left the forest, to avoid running into snakes, of course we obeyed. Once we were out of the forest, we began the trek through the water and over rocks. The path is complex and quite strenuous. Generally you need help to pass some smooth and high rocks.
Part of the road (Photo taken by me).
While walking, we get many places to bathe. The water all the way is crystal clear and very cold. The sun, giving us its warmth at times, in many parts was covered by the large trees around us.
2 hours of walking, because thank God the group was very good, we arrived at the waterfall, when we saw it (those of us who did not know it) we were amazed. Here is a photo, but it is one thing to see it, and quite another to be there.
Already around here you can get an idea of why its name, the well really looks blue (Photo taken by me)
(pictures taken by the guide).
Well, my recommendation for this type of adventure is that you go comfortable, with your own drinking water, your own food, shoes that are in good condition, that aren't flat last and that you know you can destroy them, because the road is hard. On the way back, I couldn't stand my feet, but I was happy, even my voice cleared up. The next day my whole body ached, but if it were up to me, I would go ten times more.
