La Colina Sagrada con la Basílica del Sagrado Corazón de París desde el Distrito XVIII -Con uso de zoom-
Como creador de contenido de bienestar, acabo de publicar un artículo sobre los beneficios de viajar; y estos son increíbles; no solo a nivel físico u orgánico, sino también a nivel mental e incluso social.
Un viaje o los recuerdos de un viaje, permanecen en la memoria por siempre, generando emociones que revivimos constantemente.
Por eso, siempre habrá algún lugar que nos despierte, esa emotividad que nos relaja, nos tranquiliza y nos hace sentir felices -respaldado por estudios de la conducta- y, además, mejorando habilidades como adaptabilidad y resiliencia.
Hoy recordamos un distrito en París: Montmatre, el XVIII.
Y es bueno decir que siempre nos queda París, como en Casablanca; para los que le han visitado, para los que viven en él, para los que sueñan con caminar por sus calles y sus distritos.

Montmartre o la colina sagrada
Es el área más elevada de París; el distrito XVIII tiene una de las edificaciones cristianas o católicas más hermosas que existen en esa colina: La Basílica del Sagrado Corazón.
Es que el distrito ha sido cuna de las tendencias espirituales que poblaron esa hermosa ciudad; y en 1870, se decide la construcción de una basílica dedicada al Sagrado Corazón, porque se creyó que la derrota francesa en la guerra franco-prusiana era un castigo divino por la decadencia moral que hubo producto de la Revolución Francesa.
Pero el barrio adquirió fama por ser asiento de una gran actividad artística, y durante muchos años hasta actualmente, se considera el barrio bohemio de la ciudad.
Para mí, el barrio evoca a Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, a Simone de Beauvoir y artistas plásticos tan importantes como Toulouse-Lautrec, Van Gogh y Picasso durante la Belle Époque.
Como mandarines de Simone
Nosotros crecimos en los años 80 leyendo novelas maravillosas como Los Mandarines y La Invitada, de Simón de Beauvoir; o La Náusea y El Ser y la Nada, de Sartre.
En Los Mandarines y La Invitada, tuvimos una vivencia del barrio en esas maravillosas líneas, pues Simone nos hizo visitarlo calle a calle, rincón a rincón, con toda su actividad intelectual, cual mandarines más.
Y estar allí nos remonta a la filosofía moderna, al existencialismo, al nacimiento del feminismo y de tantas tendencias ideológicas y del pensamiento que hoy nos definen la historia reciente de la humanidad.

Arte, arte, arte…
En la plaza de Tertre se encuentra cualquier cantidad de referencias artísticas actuales.
Habilidosos de la pintura y de la escultura exponen sus retratos, caricaturas, sus paisajes franceses y parisinos; y el ambiente está cargado de terrazas con cafés, tiendas de recuerdos y restaurantes típicos de la maravillosa comida francesa.
En Montmartre se encuentra el famoso Moulin Rouge.
Hasta creadores del séptimo arte contemporáneos como Woody Allen con su famosa película: Medianoche en París, han dejado culto al barrio.
El cementerio cuenta con tumbas como la de Zola y Degas; y subir hasta la cima desde donde la Basílica del Sagrado Corazón de París mira toda la expresión bohemia, es hacerlo en un increíble transporte automatizado llamado El Funicular de Montmartre.

Siempre tendremos París
Aunque Casablanca, la película que ha sido considerada entre las mejores películas del cine, y una de las historias de amor más famosas que existen, fue filmada en Marruecos; esta, está llena de frases inolvidables y, entre ellas, hace la referencia a la internacionalidad o universalidad de una ciudad tan hermosa y romántica como París:
Una frase premonitoria que nos lleva a entender que, en la modernidad, la ciudad ofrecerá rincones para todos los creadores de contenido, los artistas plásticos, los músicos, los hacedores de películas, para la moda y, siempre será el momento más importante en la vida de un turista.
El visitarla, el pasar unos días absorbiendo de sus calles la historia del pensamiento moderno, de la política actual, de las revoluciones y de la decadencia monárquica; es generar emociones inolvidables.
Incluso París, sola y presente, se torna la justificación más perfecta y poética para realizar cientos de viajes y cientos de artículos.

As a wellness content creator, I have just published an article about the benefits of traveling; and these are incredible; not only at a physical or organic level, but also at a mental and even social level.
A trip, or the memories of a trip, remain in the memory forever, generating emotions that we constantly relive.
Therefore, there will always be some place that awakens in us, that emotionality that relaxes us, soothes us and makes us feel happy -backed up by behavioral studies- and, in addition, improving skills such as adaptability and resilience.
Today we remember a district in Paris: Montmatre, the 18th.
And it is good to say that we always have Paris, as in Casablanca; for those who have visited it, for those who live there, for those who dream of walking through its streets and its districts.
The Basilica of the Sacré Coeur on the Sacred Hill of Montmartre
Montmartre or the sacred hill
It is the highest area of Paris; the XVIII district has one of the most beautiful Christian or Catholic buildings that exist on that hill: The Basilica of the Sacred Heart.
It is that the district has been cradle of the spiritual tendencies that populated that beautiful city; and in 1870, it was decided to build a basilica dedicated to the Sacred Heart, because it was believed that the French defeat in the Franco-Prussian war was a divine punishment for the moral decadence that was a product of the French Revolution.
But the neighborhood acquired fame as the seat of great artistic activity, and for many years until today, it is considered the bohemian quarter of the city.
For me, the neighborhood evokes Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, Simone de Beauvoir and important artists such as Toulouse-Lautrec, Van Gogh and Picasso during the Belle Époque.
Like Simone's Mandarins
We grew up in the 80's reading wonderful novels like The Mandarins and The Guest, by Simon de Beauvoir; or The Nausea and Being and Nothingness, by Sartre.
In The Mandarins and The Guest, we had an experience of the neighborhood in those wonderful lines, because Simone made us visit it street by street, corner by corner, with all its intellectual activity, like one more mandarin, like another.
And being there takes us back to modern philosophy, existentialism, the birth of feminism and so many ideological and thought trends that today define the recent history of humanity.

Art, art, art...
On the Place du Tertre you will find any number of current artistic references.
Skilled painters and sculptors exhibit their portraits, caricatures, their French and Parisian landscapes; and the atmosphere is full of terraces with cafes, souvenir stores and restaurants typical of the wonderful French food.
Montmartre is home to the famous Moulin Rouge.
Even contemporary creators of the seventh art as Woody Allen with his famous film: Midnight in Paris, have left cult to the neighborhood.
The cemetery has tombs such as Zola and Degas; and to go up to the top from where the Basilica of the Sacré Coeur de Paris overlooks all the bohemian expression, is to do it in an incredible automated transport called the Montmartre Funicular.

We will always have Paris
Although Casablanca, the movie that has been considered among the best films of cinema, and one of the most famous love stories that exist, was filmed in Morocco, it is full of unforgettable phrases and, among them, makes reference to the internationality or universality of a city as beautiful and romantic as Paris:
A premonitory phrase that leads us to understand that, in modernity, the city will offer corners for all content creators, plastic artists, musicians, film makers, for fashion and will always be the most important moment in the life of a tourist.
To visit it, to spend a few days absorbing from its streets the history of modern thought, current politics, revolutions and monarchical decadence; is to generate unforgettable emotions.
Even Paris, alone and present, becomes the most perfect and poetic justification for hundreds of trips and hundreds of articles.
