The Philippines has 7,107 islands and one of the amazing Islands that you can visit and explore is Camotes island located in the North of Cebu across Danao City. This island is composed of 4 towns namely Poro, Tudela, Pilar, and San Francisco.
And that brings me to this magical white beach named Santiago White Beach. For years, I've longed to visit this location. I'm very envious of my coworkers and friends that got to go to Camotes.
When I finally decided to visit this Island the top on the list of the places I wanna go to is Santiago White Beach. After settling in and making sure our things are intact we rested for an hour in our room to prepare for the tour on that day.
Our first day on the island was incredible; we went to caverns, which I mentioned in my last blog; if you missed it, here's the link.

After our tour of the caverns, I asked to see and finally feel the grandeur of Santiago White Beach, as well as capture a stunning sunset.
It takes roughly 19-25 minutes to go from Paraiso Cave to Santiago White Beach. We took the motorcycle from each area we visited. It was not an easy journey because parts of the roads were bumpy.
When we got to the beach, I was blown away by how lovely it is. It wasn't busy, and it was low tide, so we couldn't enjoy the water, but we could appreciate the scenery, the sky, the wonderful sun, and the white sand. This is a public beach, and there are various resorts and places to stay nearby, so it is a nice bargain if you are staying nearby and want to enjoy the gorgeous beach and scenery.
We snapped a lot of photographs to make the most of our time and enjoy the gorgeous sunset. It was quite astonishing how well the weather cooperated that day.
We stayed for an hour before heading back to our cabin.
🌼 Last Day in Camotes 🌼
We were on the last day of the tour before returning to the city the next day. I intended to go exploring and experience the water. It was pouring on the last day, so we spent our time enjoying the rain and appreciating the people around us. We had the opportunity to listen to some free music. We had the opportunity to speak with people, and I noticed this clingy dog who wanted to be fed. You will not get hungry while on the beach because there are various restaurants that serve delicious meals at reasonable prices.
This was a very great experience and I am glad to be able to experience this and share it with my good friend
