A few weeks ago, I caught myself waking up already tired.
Before even leaving bed, I’d check messages, scroll through the news, and somehow start the day anxious.
It felt normal… until I realized I couldn’t remember the last time I felt truly calm.
That moment hit me hard.
So, I decided to change how I deal with stress — not by running from it, but by understanding it.
I started small:
Breathing slowly before answering messages.
Drinking tea without my phone.
Taking short walks just to hear birds again.
It’s not a magical transformation, but it’s working.
I’ve learned that peace isn’t something we “find” somewhere far away. It’s something we practice, in small, gentle ways every day.
