Hello, travelfeed community and friends all around the Hive. This time I will present to you some of the best cafes here in Bangkok and as always show it not only with words but super nice photos as well.
One of my favorite childhood memories is the smell of freshly baked bread. No matter how full my stomach was, I always had room for a slice of hot bread with cold milk. This is something I still love to do and in Bangkok, we discovered the perfect place to do just that. As our grown-up appetite goes we forgot about the bread the second we saw cookies, pies, glazed doughnuts, and more.
The Pollen Baked Goods indeed is a tiny rustic bakery with just enough items on the menu. Even though the sits are limited to a handful anyone can pick tasty pastries for later. We were in luck and got a table where we could enjoy our picks with a cup of coffee and tea. As expected by the old-fashioned interior the offer is homely and housemade.
We loved the large display of Canadian-inspired goods, including bread. Also, the changing offer and scrumptious bites are a guarantee for more than one visit. A likely reason is also charming tableware that makes everything taste better. In addition to the tasty baked goods, friendly staff makes the experience even better.
We got our white chocolate glazed doughnut on a lovely plate with a golden edge. To be specific the chocolate cherry tart looked even better on a smaller version of the same collection. Both tasted divine with all the textural rollercoaster and flavourful sweet and sour notes. Finally, we stopped at the scrumptious cookies which were perfect next to a coffee and hot chocolate dip.
