I took the train to the Gardens by the Bay to see the Christmas Eve decorations they have in that place. It’s known to have one of the best decorations in the city and it’s also the best spot to spend a fun night during this holiday. In the past years before the pandemic, there was a Christmas-themed village at the center of the gardens where food and drinks were specifically themed for this season as well.
So I have high hopes to find unique food to try this evening. I alighted from the Gardens by the Bay MRT station and walked for 10 minutes until I reached the heart of the gardens. I was amazed by the nice lights and decorations that populated the entire garden!
What impresses me the most is that the displays are made in such a way that the gardens look like a wonderland. The designers didn't hold back on turning their vision into a dream-like reality.
The food stalls that were set up for this year’s event are unique and are if good quality. These are the kinds of food that I would only experience during this season. It makes me feel that we are celebrating something special on this night.
For tonight’s dinner, I got myself a Fried Prawn Hokkien Mee!
The best part of this experience is the live DJ stage at the Silver Garden. Everyone is having a blast!!!
In this part of the gardens, most of the youngsters are gathered just to feel the live music vibe. There are no drinks allowed in this area so you just have to satisfy yourself with disco-themed music & cool lighting effects.
