today we took a trip around the mountainside path in Gayo Aceh, central.
My team and I had prepared one before, we gathered at a friend's house to do a briefing about the rules that did not violate when we were already traveling.
After we did several briefings, we finally agreed to go to our previous destination.
the trip from where I live in Pidie Jaya Aceh to Gayo, Benar Merry, Central Aceh, takes about 3 hours by motorbike.
we left at 9 am and around 1 pm we arrived at our destination.
in the Gayo highlands the air temperature reaches 12 degrees Celsius.
very cold isn't it.
we have prepared a thick jacket to maintain immunity.
With the cool and cold atmosphere, it made us a little more lethargic because many of our team were visiting this area for the first time, Gayo Aceh.
I gave them a solution so that they light up their cigarettes to avoid the cold.
our team stayed 2 days in the Gayo Aceh area, we rented out a villa for lodging around the area.
in one night we have to pay around 500 thousand/night.
the next day we showered in the pool in the villa, the water in the pool was like water we just took out in the refrigerator.
but our trip was very exciting, all the rules were obeyed by our friends.
tell a little about the cot panglima, in 1902 Gayo Bireun street was started to be built by the Dutch military governor (Van heutsz)
At that time, Cot Panglima was one of the favorite tourist spots for teenagers at that time.
but it's quite a pity now cot panglima is like a dead mountain without inhabitants.
Behind the beauty of the natural scenery around the mountain, there are some moments that are hard to forget because in the middle of the mountains there are several shrimp ponds hidden around it.
I and my friends really enjoy the natural beauty around here.
The people around here are mostly farmers, some of them work in offices.
in this area they often grow chilies, coffee, pepper, lemongrass, nutmeg and cloves
we and the team took some pictures using our cell phone cameras, because we didn't happen to have a big camera with us.
in this area Gayo Aceh, the population has several races.
the majority are Gayo, Javanese, and Acehnese.
most who live in this area must master these three languages.
but the people here are very friendly and not arrogant.
I feel comfortable living in this area.
rural atmosphere looks very natural.
no air pollution and others.
on the second day we were here we went to the back of the villa on the edge of the mountain there are some rice fields where they are growing crops.
maybe they grow rice for their subsistence.
I am very happy to be among the people here.
Since it was getting late, we and the team said goodbye to those who had the villa to go back to our respective places.
this is our trip today which is very enjoyable.
hope to see you again in the next episode.
Thank you very much for friends who have visited my blog.
I hope you can enjoy my trip.
