This time I want to tell you that I accompanied my mom again in her work to Los Cachicatos in the municipality of Cruz Salmeron Acosta, a small town as the title says that it is a fishing community. As I had explained before, my mom works helping the most needy and this time it was her turn to help this community, where several days of deworming, delivery of supplementation with Vitamin A and Plumpy'Doz™ which for those who do not know is a nutritional supplement ready for consumption, which corresponds to the definition of Lipid-based Nutrient Supplement Medium Quantity (LNS-MQ). The day was excellent and we were able to help pregnant mothers, families and children who needed nutritional supplements to put on weight and be in good health.

Los Cachicatos, located in the municipality of Cruz Salmerón Acosta (Araya) is a small town known as a fishing community, although it is said to be a fishing community because the villagers have been at sea fishing since they were little, or in the sea watching fish or catching them. The villagers are very friendly and treat tourists well, especially those who come to help with a lot of love. To get to this place you can go from the north coast, by land, through the Cumaná-Carúpano road. To the town of Guacarapo the road or by the South Coast to the west of the north coast, which is already a maritime route.

If you go to the map and put Los Cachicatos in the search engine you can see that it is a coast and that the sea is always present and therefore its main economic activity.
I really like to see how my mom supports these needy communities, it fills my heart too much what she does and I hope she always keeps doing it. And of course I would go again with my mom to more days of this kind and help her and her coworkers to support more people in need.

Esta vez quiero comentarles que acompañé de nuevo a mi mamá en su trabajo a Los Cachicatos en el Municipio Cruz Salmerón Acosta un pueblito como bien el titulo dice que es de una comunidad de pescadores. Como bien había explicado anteriormente mi mamá trabaja ayudando a los más necesitados y esta vez le toco a esta comunidad, donde realizaron varias jornadas de desparasitantes, entrega de suplementación con Vitamina A y Plumpy'Doz™ que para los que no saben es un suplemento nutritivo listo para el consumo, que corresponde a la definición de Lipid-based Nutrient Supplement Medium Quantity (LNS-MQ). La jornada fue excelente y pudimos ayudar a las madres embarazadas, familias y niños que necesitaban suplementos nutricionales para engordar y estar bien de salud.

Los Cachicatos, ubicada en el municipio Cruz Salmerón Acosta (Araya) es un pueblito conocido como una comunidad de pescadores, si bien se dice que es de pescadores porque los pobladores desde pequeños están en el mar pescando, o metidos en el mar viendo peces o agarrándolos. Los pobladores son bien amables además de que tratan bien a los turistas sobre todo a los que llegan a ayudar con mucho amor. Para trasladarse a este lugar poder ser desde la Costa norte, vía terrestre, a través de la vía Cumaná-Carúpano. Hasta el poblado de Guacarapo la carretera o por la Costa Sur hacia el oeste de la costa norte, que ya la vía es marítima.

Si se van al mapa y ponen Los Cachicatos en el buscador se podrán dar cuenta que es una costa y que el mar siempre está presente y por eso su actividad económica principal.
Me gusta mucho poder ver como mi mamá presta apoyo a estas comunidades más necesitadas, me llena el corazón demasiado lo que hace y espero que siempre lo siga haciendo. Y claro que volvería ir con mi mamá a más jornadas de este tipo y poderla ayudar junto a sus compañeros de trabajo a prestar apoyo a más personas que lo necesitan.
