Hello everyone.
It's the weekend and we went to Sombor today. It is a city located in Vojvodina. I have to explain a little about Vojvodina. It is a province that is part of Serbia and is divided into three parts: Srem Banat and Bačka.
About 180 km from Belgrade, there is this wonderful city that belongs to Bačka. Subotica is close to it, and therefore the border with Hungary, and on the other hand, the border with Croatia is nearby.
It is very well connected by roads with other cities, Apatina, Kula, Bačka Palanka. There is also an airport near Sombor.
We went with the Cultural Center of the Čukarica Municipality and visited the City Museum, the Gallery of Petar Konjević, one of our most famous painters, and Salaš Đida Nornjakov.
Wide tree-lined streets, the Catholic church, old buildings with unusual facades, Tsar Uroš Square, the County building, the Bački canal, simply leave you breathless.
It was magical on the farm, from the yard, to the restaurant, food and drinks.
A wonderful day and all the recommendations that, if you are coming to Serbia, visit the beautiful city of Sombor
