This was a wee adventure at Victoria Peak (better known as ''The Peak'') on one late in the afternoon many years ago. It wasn't a great timing 'coz when we got there, the haze was already blanketing the atmosphere so we only explored those within the gap.
The Peak Tower
The tower is a shopping and leisure complex consisting of 8 floors, the top floor serves as the viewing terrace.

This was a partial view of the city and the harbour as seen from inside the Peak Tower, the only shot we've captured from there, lol! We were not allowed up the Sky Terraces (viewing deck) 'coz there was an ongoing event at that time.
The Peak Galleria
Adjacent to the Peak Tower is the Galleria which housed a few eateries, shops and the Madame Tussaud's museum where we goofed with the wax figure of Bruce Lee.
Below is the Galleria's observatory deck (level 3). I learned today that The Galleria had undergone a make over in 2019 and the new one looks so modern.
Anyway, after exploring the shops, arcades etcetera on both The Peak Tower and the Galleria, we went out for a walk around the Old Peak Road.
It was hazy so the views we had of Hong Kong's CBD, its skyscrapers and the harbor weren't that clear.
It was almost 6 pm when we decided it's time to go down because it was cold and windy. So after getting our tram tickets, we headed to the waiting area for our ride.
We got off the tram at the lower terminus in Garden Road and took this photo of The Peak Tram's landmark.
From there, we walked for about 15 minutes towards Central Metro Station where we took the subway to Tsim Sha Tsui East where we got off and walked further for another 15 minutes to the stars' promenade.
The Avenue of Stars
It was a nice promenade along the waterfront. It kind of gave a romantic vibes in the evening as the place is dimly lit, add to it the lights from the skyscrapers and buildings across the water.
We did enjoy walking along the stretchy 440-meter avenue, posing here and there and posing on some of the stars' palm prints.
There were several statues but our camera captured them poorly.
It was already 9:30 pm when we decided it was time for dinner. We passed by the HK Cultural Center when we left.
And on our way back to the hotel, we found these very cool classic Ford Models T & A displayed in the mall. Forgive me, the photos aren't that sharp.😉
