Hello Everyone,
Today I am back with a New Travel Post. Today's post is about the Singapore Museum. Earlier, I had posted two posts about the Singapore Museum. Today is my third post about the Singapore Museum. In today's post, I will show you some more historical things in the museum that you might like. The reason I went to Singapore was that I would work there and I had training, which is why I went there and did a little sightseeing. I have shared them with you again. If you ever go to Singapore, you can visit this museum. I hope you will like it a lot.
Then I continued to walk around the place. In front of me I saw a dress, this was the dress of the Singapore Volunteers and a sword which was very unique and the sword was very unique to me. These things are really not seen now. There were some other things there, there was a very old fan which looked like it was very old. There was another one which was very old and was used for writing. It could be used as a computer which I liked very much and this was the first time I saw it with my own eyes I had never seen it before. Then inside a large hall there was a rickshaw which was usually used in Japan and it looked very old and I saw these on my mobile phone these old things were kept very beautifully in the museum
Then I saw some old clay pots and glass jugs there. All these things were good. Not one was broken. I liked these things very much. Then there was another thing that we used when we were children. When we didn't know numbers, my parents used them to teach us numbers. We had to count in one, two, or three ways. It was very nice to see these old things here. But there I saw another thing that was a very old hookah, which people used to smoke tobacco inside and use it like cigarettes. It was very old and I liked seeing it here.
The big hall where I was was decorated with some big pictures on the wall. The man standing here is Major-General Sir Harry of the Order of St. George. He was a British colonial administrator. He served as Governor of Bermuda, Governor of the Straits Settlements and Governor of Western Australia. This picture of him was taken a long time ago. I was surprised to see that this picture is still intact. Then I saw many types of weapons there, including swords, knives and many other types of weapons. A little further ahead I saw some pictures that were very old and there was a picture with a medal. I thought that this man might have received this medal and it was a great honor. I really liked these things.
Then I saw some things inside a tree box in front. These were actually different types of badges. There were different types of badges. These badges were usually given to people who were respected at that time. Then there was an old group photo. The photo was very old. I don't know who the people in this photo were, but they were respected people or established people of that time. Then there were some other old photos and some old newsreels that were probably used a long time ago and maybe they were very expensive and maybe there was some secret hidden inside them. I don't know.
This book is an account of Onract's experiences in Singapore from his time as a police cadet in 1907. His chapters on local politics were published in The Straits Times in 1946 and caused quite a stir in one of those chapters, displayed here, Onraet attributes the occurrence of subversive activities in Singapore to propaganda from China, imported mainly by the left-wing elements of the Guomindang.I really liked this book. Then I saw some old coins there, which were very old Singapore coins. I really liked them. There were also many other things here, including a big box. The box was very beautiful and I really liked it.
We went a little further and saw a wooden cabinet that was probably used for writing and storing money. This wooden cabinet looked brand new and was in great condition. Then there was a box with some old papers and other things inside. There were some pictures on one wall that were very old but I was surprised that the pictures were still new. These pictures were intact. I liked them very much.
Then we left the room and went to another place where there was a large picture on one of the walls. The man in the picture was Charles Bathurst. He was the 1st Viscount Bledisloe. Charles Bathurst was a British Conservative politician and colonial governor. Charles Bathurst served as Governor-General of New Zealand from 1930 to 1935. This picture has a dark background that emphasizes the subject and his royal attire. This picture is actually quite old. It's interesting to see that the picture is still intact. There were also some pictures showing some people having tea. Maybe these were the wealthy people who were established at the time. It's really amazing that we can see these in the present day. It's great. Then there were some pictures shown on video that were very old. There were some videos of Singapore before. Then I went a little further and saw some things made by Sandhya which were really amazing.
Then we go a little further and there is a big chair that used to be a place for kings to rest. It was really amazing. I thought it was really amazing. Then a little further on I took some pictures of myself. Then I started looking around again. I saw some pictures there. These are from a long time ago when people in Singapore smoked a lot. You will understand better in this picture. If you have read the history of Singapore, you will definitely find that people in Singapore were very addicted to drugs. These pictures are really amazing. I hope you like today's post. If you like it, let me know by commenting.
