How are you Hivers, hoping you have a great time today. This time in my blog I will share with you another travel story on the beautiful beach in Tabuelan Cebu. Come, join me in stunning Maravilla White Beach.
~ Maravilla White Beach ~
This Beach is located in the Northern part of Cebu, suited in the Municipality of Tabuelan. The beach is one of the Wonders of Cebu island and is also considered as Mini Boracay due to its fine white sand and crystal clear ocean. The Maravilla is a public beach where you can explore for free,Yes its Free. Its long strip white shoreline makes a perfect place for family gatherings and group outings. You will be amazed and loved the place for sure if you experience its beauty.
From Cebu City, you will ride a bus in North Bus Terminaltravel for 3 hours going to Tabuelan. The fare is only 120 pesos each. Then you will drop off at Tabuelan Public Market where you can buy fresh foods for your outing. Then you will ride a Motorbike/ Habal-Habal going to Brgy. Hall of Maravilla. Upon arriving you just walk for 3-5 minutes and you will now reach the beautiful Maravilla White Beach.
This Travel experience happened Last February 25, 2020. It's already been two years since the explorations and it's one of the most memorable travels I've done here in Cebu. With me are my crazy colleagues that make this adventure cooler. They are the first travel group that makes me experience the beautiful beach of Cebu. We even had a group name called "no sleep club", we derive it due to our working environment where we are working like robots and always going home late.
Unplanned Travel is the best. We just decided the night before it happen. The story is, we all meet at the same time at the office after work hours it's actually late around 9:00 pm but we are all in site to finish our task. All of us are exhausted and asking is this really our life? no fun all works. We all laughed cause its the reality we are all facing at that time. Then suddenly one of us reminded that it is Holiday tomorrow, and why not go for an outing and relax in the meantime. Then we suddenly get excited, we plan, arrange all the things we need and yes it happened. Thanks to one of our colleagues Christian Millor for letting us ride in his Car. We don't need to have a problem with vehicles. We are off in the City past twelve midnight cause we need to get home first and pack some things and also Wait for the other colleagues who are on-site doing a concrete pouring.
It was almost four in the morning when we reach the beach, and the area was dark, all resorts are not yet open so we decided to stay in one place and wait for the sun to rise. And after a couple of hours, the beauty of the beach started welcoming us. It's low tide in the morning where you can see the wide shoreline of Maravilla. It's just like a beautiful dessert beside an Ocean where you'll love to run in. The views are scenic and instagrammable where we loved to take a lot of photos. This place is amazing.
We rent out a table at Therrish Beach Resort and placed it in front of the shore. The location is perfect we are under the tree in front of the resort and enjoying the view of the ocean. We do some games while waiting for the ocean to rise up and of course some punishment when you lose hahaha.
When the Ocean rises up the beach becomes more beautiful, the crystal clear ocean is sparkling when heated by the sun and something inviting you to dive in and we are all can't resist it. The water is cold and a lot of tourists are now seen in the area and become more lively. It is nice to snorkel and dive on this beach to see the beauty of the reefs.
We walk around the shoreline to experience all the beauty of Maravilla White Beach and all we can say is WOW. We are all amazed by its beauty, how fine the sand and how peaceful the beach is. We are glad that we visit this place and we definitely come back someday to experience it again. We relaxed, unwind and forget our problems even in a short period of time.
This beautiful beach is the first wonder that inspired me to explore the beautiful beaches of Cebu island. And make me roam around to find and experience such sceneries around the world. Hoping you join me in this exploration.
