Every time my aunt arrives in the PH from Norway, she always treats the relatives for a getaway. This happened in June 2014. We found a beach resort in San Fernando, just next to our town. Glad, it wasn't that far.
At this time around, the resort was under construction, especially in the reception area. They were just partially opened. But they received a lot of inquiries before the official grand opening.
So, my aunt rented a room that we occupied so that we could have our own convenience. There was a mini fridge inside. I wasn't able to take photos inside as it was cluttered with our things.
So many swimming pools to choose from. This area was quite good for the kids.
Here was a rectangle pool as this was near the reception area. After the reception area, several rooms to choose from. This is more of having a privacy.
Another pool with a jacuzzi.
They really had a nice landscape in this area with a nice view of the beach.
This is the common area and the cheapest price to pay for a day trip to the resort.
I took several photos, just walking around.
This view taken from the second floor of the common area. The second floor I think was for the reception hall for weddings and other events.
The beach resort was well-developed.
My cousins and my aunt crossed the bridge.
They love to pose in front of the camera.
Strike a pose!
I joined them for a quick shoot.
My cousin is obviously tall, so she also loves I took pictures of her.
So far, this was the most beautiful resort I've seen near my hometown. Too bad, they stopped the operation temporarily because of some conflicts between the management and a few relatives who wanted to take over the resort. Hmm, that sounds complicated.
I just hope that they could resolve their internal issues as this resort has a great potential.
