A few days ago I had the opportunity to visit the Topes de Collantes Natural Park, one of the most beautiful places in my country where we can observe nature in its maximum splendor.

This was my first visit to this park, so my astonishment is greater.

This place located in the Sierra del Escambray is recognized for the beauty of its landscapes, with recognized visits to many of its places. Like the Salto del Caburní, the Gruta de la Batata Route, the route to the Hacienda Codina, the Vegas Grandes trail, El Mirador where we can observe the entire Valle de los Ingenios, and many more places where flora and fauna are the protagonists.

Due to an injury to my left knee, I couldn't visit all the places mentioned above, only the closest ones. The first day in Topes de Collantes we dedicated to walking the areas surrounding the complex.

A distance of approximately 5-7km between ups and downs jjj.
