Hello, Hiveans! How are you all doing today?
The last part of my Malapascua adventure has been long overdue. I was supposed to post this last Tuesday (March 8), but I was hospitalized. I got out of the hospital last Saturday and I rested for one more day. I'm back now and feeling a bit healthy! 🥰 So without further ado, let's get it on with our last part!
In my last post, we went to Dakit-Dakit Island and the Japanese shipwreck. Today, I will be taking you to the last two stops of our Island Tour - The North Beach and Titip Cliff.
THE NORTH BEACH
Known for its pristine white sand and alluring seawater, this part of the island was made known when some photographer posted his trip on Tiktok and became viral. I have mentioned before that I am a local in Daanbantayan where this island is situated, but I have never heard of this place before not until I came across that viral video featuring this area.
And of course, I cannot accept being left behind. From the Japanese Shipwreck, we anchored our boat and walked roughly 5 minutes to get to this place.
When we arrived, there were few tourists who are enjoying the sun and the beach. The very first thing we did was take pictures.
Keejay and I took some solo shots and enjoyed the view more, while the others took a shed in the coconut trees around.
I was the only one who took a quick dip while the others were taking pictures. I want to enjoy this while it lasts.
The place is superb, I just want to wake up every day with this view. I am kind of envious with the residents in the area who get to witness this every day. I wonder if they ever get tired of just looking at the sea?
We were supposed to head to the abandoned house, but the tour guide said it would take us a while to get there, so we ended up going back to the boat to head to our last stop.
TITIP CLIFF
If you are all for the adrenaline rush and thrill, this place is for you. This is where you can do cliff jumping, snorkeling, and freediving.
We went snorkeling again, and I saw a clownfish this time!! Isn't that incredible? It was so stunning. I spotted two of them, and they appeared to be a mother and her child.
Out of all the places, this one is my favorite. We climbed up the hill and just look at this breathtaking beauty.
This is the literal breath of fresh air. This is where I got really excited. Just look at the view, it looks so peaceful, majestic and glorious.
I did not want to leave this place. I wanted to indulge in its beauty and serenity. I thought to myself how lucky I am to have witnessed such a creation. We stayed here for a few minutes before heading home.
Sadly, our trip ended pretty quickly because we were chasing the check-out time in the lodging house and we were all famished. Thankfully, we ended our trip with satisfied hearts and souls.
AND THAT ENDS MY ADVENTURE!
Among all the places I've shown you? Which one was your favorite? Let me know in the comments below! 😊
Thank you for reading the last part of my adventure. Until next time. Stay awesome! 💛💚
