Today I’m taking you on a short trip along the Italian coastline. We are landing on OASI BEACH in southern Italy, in the town of Riaci. As you already know, some time ago I went on a several-day trip to Italy with my friend and my sister. We rented a car to make it easier to travel around the country and reach more places. One of our choices was Oasi Beach. We did not stay there for long — it was more of a short stop on our way — but we wanted to stop there because of the beautiful landscape surrounded by rocks and cliffs.
Dzisiaj zabieram was na krótką wycieczkę po włoskim wybrzeżu. Lądujemy na OASI BEACH na południu Włoch w miejscowości Ricci. Jak już wiecie, jakiś czas temu byłam na kilkudniowej wycieczce we Włoszech z koleżanką i siostrą. Wypożyczyłyśmy samochód, aby móc łatwiej poruszać się po kraju i dotrzeć do większej liczby miejsc. Jednym z naszych wyborów była plaża Oasi. Nie zatrzymałyśmy się tam długo, raczej był to przerywnik w naszej drodze, ale chciałyśmy się tam zatrzymać ze względu na ładny krajobraz, któremu towarzyszyły skały i klify.
On the beach there is a small cave called GROTTA DELLO STAZZANESE. It is a natural rock formation located right along the coastline. In fact this entire part of the coast is known for its cliffs and rocks, which for thousands of years have been shaped by the Tyrrhenian Sea, wind and erosion processes. The cave itself is not very large, but it is possible to get closer to it and walk through its small passages and corners. I must admit that we only admired it from a distance, because our schedule that day was already quite tight.
In the photos you can also notice the turquoise color of the sea. This is not an edit made in a graphic program. The shade in this place is caused, among other things, by the bright seabed and the high clarity of the water. On sunny days — and that is exactly the kind of weather we had — the color can look almost unreal. And that was exactly the view we had the opportunity to admire.
Na plaży znajduje się niewielka grota Grotto Stazzanese. To naturalna formacja skalna znajdująca się tuż przy wybrzeżu. Zresztą cały ten fragment wybrzeża jest znany z klifów i skał, które przez tysiące lat były kształtowane przez Morze Tyreńskie, wiatr oraz procesy erozji. Sama grota nie jest wielkich rozmiarów, ale można spokojnie podejść do niej bliżej i pospacerować się po jej zakamarkach. Muszę przyznać, że my oglądałyśmy ją jedynie z daleka, gdyż nasz grafik tego dnia i tak już był dosyć napięty.
Na zdjęciach możecie również zaobserwować turkusowy odcień morza. Nie jest to przeróbka w programie graficznym. Taki odcień w tym miejscu wynika między innymi z jasnego dnia oraz dużej przejrzystości wody. W słoneczne dni, a my właśnie na taki natrafiłyśmy, kolor potrafi wyglądać wręcz nierealnie. I taki też kolor miałyśmy właśnie okazję podziwiać.
At Oasi Beach we can also admire enormous cliffs, and it was exactly them that convinced me to take a short break in that place. When I was looking at the photos on Google Maps, I already knew that this would be a place I would want to visit. As you can see in the photos below, the rocks here are layered, which means that for thousands of years marine sediments were deposited there and later exposed by erosion. Those characteristic vertical and jagged rock formations are the result of the constant action of the Tyrrhenian Sea against the coastline.
Na plaży Oasi możemy również podziwiać przeogromne klify i to właśnie one skusiły mnie swoim wyglądem na krótką przerwę w tamtym miejscu. Gdy oglądałam zdjęcia na Google Maps wiedziałam, że będzie to miejsce, które będę chciała odwiedzić. Jak możecie zobaczyć na poniższych zdjęciach, skały są tutaj warstwowe, a to oznacza, że przez tysiące lat odkładały się tam osady morskie, które następnie zostały odsunięte przez erozję. Te charakterystyczne pionowe i poszarpane fragmenty skał są efektem ciągłego podmywania wybrzeża przez Morze Tyreńskie.
The Calabrian coastline is one of the wildest and at the same time most natural coastlines in Italy. For a very long time, those regions were less popular with tourists than northern Italy. Thanks to that in many places you can still find very wild and natural landscapes. Places where there are still no crowds of tourists or rows of luxurious hotels. Personally, these are exactly the kinds of places I like the most. Places like Oasi Beach, where nature still plays the dominant role.
Wybrzeże Kalabryjskie to jedno z najbardziej surowych, a zarazem naturalnych wybrzeży we Włoszech. Przez bardzo długi czas tamte rejony były mniej popularne turystycznie aniżeli Włochy północne. Dzięki temu w bardzo wielu miejscach wciąż można spotkać bardzo dzikie i zarazem naturalne krajobrazy. Miejsca, gdzie wciąż nie ma tłumu turystów i przepychu hoteli. Ja osobiście najbardziej właśnie lubię takie miejsca. Takie miejsca jak Oasi Beach, gdzie natura wciąż gra swoją dominującą rolę.
