Istria is one special part of Croatia with beautiful destinations, clear sea, cute little towns, great history and delicious food. It's always a good idea to explore this area.
It's Croatia's biggest peninsula, and it's located in the northern part of Croatia.
We decided to explore Istria this year in September when there aren't so many tourists. We had a great time and saw so many amazing places in only three days.
First, we went to a little town on the coast called Rabac. We slept there in the car and the next day we woke up early in the morning and went walking to the city Labin which is around 5km away from Rabac. It was such a nice walk in the nature, and the city Labin blew us away.

The same day in the afternoon we went to Pula, the biggest city in Istria.
There we found this cool place called Verudela canyon.
The next city was a little town called Fažana where we explored the streets, relaxed at the beach, drank coffee and ate ice cream.
We also stopped at Bale for half an hour.
In the afternoon we went to the beautiful city of Rovinj. This city has the most amazing sunsets!
Also, if you ever find yourself in Rovinj, you must try a tuna burger at Tunaholic fish bar. 😋
On our last day in Istria, we explored the cities of Poreč, Grožnjan and Oprtalj. Also, we saw the "Istrian desert", and there we met one really kind family who invited us for elderberry juice.
