Hello, friends. I tell you that a few days ago I decided to go for a walk with my daughter. The chosen place is the Sancti Spíritus boulevard, a place that has its charm. Located on Independencia Sur street, it is very central and surrounded by shops and businesses, on one side of the beautiful Serafín Sánchez park.
In this place it is very common to see bronze statues that decorate the boulevard. To which my daughter is not used to seeing. At first, she was a little afraid of those figures that seemed to come to life in the middle of the square. Then she started to socialize with them.
So little by little, we managed to make her relax and enjoy the walk. Those statues stopped being intimidating and became part of the fun. Some represented cultural characters, although I am not sure that all of them are.
The atmosphere of the boulevard is always very busy. People of all ages walked, and others sat on their benches to talk. The combination of classic architecture, statues and the energy of the people created a unique scenario.
If you go to Sancti Spíritus, you can not miss this place. It is beautiful, central and is the starting point of the historic center of the city. A whole place of enjoyment from where the real fun begins.
