Un gusto poder compartirles en este día un pequeño espacio de mi ciudad Maracaibo. Hace poco estuvimos en la Plaza del Buen Maestro donde tomé unas lindas fotos donde se visualizaba el Lago de Maracaibo y no solo con esto nos conformamos sino que también recorrimos al caernos la noche el emblemático Parque La Marina. It is a pleasure to share with you today a small space of my city Maracaibo. Recently we were in the Plaza del Buen Maestro where I took some beautiful photos where you could see Lake Maracaibo and not only that we were satisfied with but we also walked around the emblematic Parque La Marina as night fell. Este maravilloso lugar del cual los que vivimos en esta tierra podemos disfrutar se encuentra en Maracaibo, estado Zulia, Venezuela; exactamente al final de la avenida 4, Bella Vista, con avenida 2, El Milagro. Debido a la Batalla Naval del Lago en este espacio se conmemora este episodio o hecho histórico con este espacio que nos traslada un poco a la antigua historia. Fue inaugurado el 24 de julio del año 1973 en conmemoración de los 150 años de este hecho.
This wonderful place that those of us who live on this earth can enjoy is located in Maracaibo, Zulia state, Venezuela; exactly at the end of Avenida 4, Bella Vista, with Avenida 2, El Milagro. Due to the Naval Battle of the Lake, this episode or historical event is commemorated in this space that takes us back a little to ancient history. It was inaugurated on July 24, 1973 in commemoration of the 150 years of this event.
Al caminar por este parque en medio del recorrido puede apreciarse dos grandes muros recubiertos de mármol en tono negro. Es un espacio donde la familia y amigos pueden pasar un rato agradable caminando por el lugar, donde puede apreciarse a muchos realizando caminatas como medio de ejercitarse y cuidar su salud. ¡Un lugar recreacional para todos! Si visitas Maracaibo tienes que pasar por este lugar.
Walking through this park, you can see two large walls covered in black marble in the middle of the route. It is a space where family and friends can spend a pleasant time walking around the place, where you can see many people taking walks as a way of exercising and taking care of their health. A recreational place for everyone! If you visit Maracaibo you have to stop by this place.
En medio de nuestro recorrido aprovechamos la oportunidad para tomarnos fotos en una especie de barco rodeado de fuentes que se encuentra en el lugar y que a mis niñas que lo veían por primera vez les impresiono y gusto mucho, a pesar que la fuente no estaba en funcionamiento de brotar agua y la que tenía estaba ya algo estancada. Pero a pesar de eso, no dejamos de posar en el lente fotográfico y aprovechar el paseo junto con mi hermano Leo que nos acompañaba.
In the middle of our tour we took the opportunity to take photos in a kind of boat surrounded by fountains that is located in the place and that impressed and pleased my girls who saw it for the first time, even though the fountain was not working to sprout water and the water it had was already somewhat stagnant. But despite that, we did not stop posing in the photographic lens and taking advantage of the walk with my brother Leo who accompanied us.
Además allí encontramos la llamativa "Torre-Mirador" o Mirador del Lago; el cual, también forma parte de los atractivos y del turismo de mi región. Su gran atractivo radica en ser todo un colosal rascacielos, es que desde las alturas se puede ver casi toda la ciudad, son 60 metros con los que cuenta y 360º de vista ¡Casi nada pues! Así que, si eres de las personas que no les agrada las altura y les da fobia, puedes apreciarla desde afuera sin ingresar a este mirador que cuenta con un fabuloso sitio donde puedes degustar de ricos y deliciosos platillos de nuestra gastronomía y más en un gran salón. Una subida turística e icónica de la ciudad que deja un gran experiencia panorámica.
There we also find the striking "Torre-Mirador" or Mirador del Lago; which is also part of the attractions and tourism of my region. Its great attraction lies in being a colossal skyscraper, and from the heights you can see almost the entire city, it is 60 meters high and has a 360º view. Quite a lot! So, if you are one of those people who does not like heights and is afraid of them, you can appreciate it from the outside without entering this viewpoint that has a fabulous place where you can taste rich and delicious dishes of our gastronomy and more in a large room. A tourist and iconic climb of the city that leaves a great panoramic experience.
Ya culminando nuestro recorrido nocturno en el Parque La Marina mis pequeñas jugaron en una pequeña área especial para niños en el lugar y aprovechamos en capturar las últimas tomas fotográficas para cerrar nuestro día que desde horas de la tarde nos encontrábamos en la aventura de recorrer todos los alrededores y contemplar el maravilloso paisaje; como dice una canción, una gaita de nuestra región: Es Maracaibo, Maracaibo es otra cosa, lo sabe el que vive en ella, el ausente que la añora y el que llega aquí se queda, porque esta tierra es hermosa...
Already finishing our night tour in La Marina Park, my little girls played in a small area specially for children there and we took advantage of the opportunity to capture the last photographic shots to close our day, which since the afternoon we were on the adventure of touring all the surroundings and contemplating the wonderful landscape; as a song says, a gaita from our region: It is Maracaibo, Maracaibo is something else, he who lives in it knows it, the absent one who yearns for it and he who arrives here stays, because this land is beautiful...
Esto tan solo es una pequeña parte de mi tierra zuliana, espero prontamente poder compartir con ustedes más de ella. Una región con un maravilloso sol, por algo somos "La tierra del sol amada", por la manera en que este se manifiesta con gran potencia, de manera en muchas ocasiones inclemente, pero con todo y eso quienes vivimos en ella la amamos, así como a nuestro imponente, amplio y profundo Lago. Una región llena de exquisiteces, de calidez humana, alegría y color. Me despido de cada uno de ustedes con mucho cariño, hasta la próxima oportunidad amigos.
This is just a small part of my land of Zulia, I hope to be able to share more of it with you soon. A region with a wonderful sun, for a reason we are "The land of the beloved sun", because of the way it manifests itself with great power, in a way that is often harsh, but despite all that, those of us who live in it love it, as well as our imposing, wide and deep lake. A region full of delicacies, human warmth, joy and color. I say goodbye to each one of you with much love, until the next opportunity friends.
