While spring abounds outside the window, I am planning future trips to my native Carpathians. And I remember the past :)
I had a long-held dream to spend the night in a tent on top of a mountain. And last summer it came true.
My friends and I went to well-known places. Although we saw a lot of new and unknown beauty there. And this is the essence of any trip: to discover something new and have fun:)

У мене була давня мрія заночувати У наметі на вершині гори. І минулого лі а вона здійснилася.
Ми з друзями поїхали у добре знайомі місця. Хоча побачили багато нової і невідомої краси. І в цьому суть будь-якої подорожі: відкрити для себе щось нове і отримати задоволення:)
Not far from Skole there is a wonderful small waterfall Kamyanka, about which I have repeatedly written. However, this place has recently become too popular :(
Our goal was to conquer the Lopata mountain, but before the hike we wanted to rest a bit by the water... And so by chance we ran away from the tourists to the village of Kamyanka and came to a steep road. After passing it, we found ourselves over a sharp descent and saw a magnificent valley with rivers and glades.
Paradise!!! We wanted to stay here a little longer... Let the mountain wait for us;)
Неподалік від Сколе є чудовий невеликий водоспад Кам'янка, про який я неодноразово писала. Проте це місце останнім часом стало надто популярним:(
Наша мета була підкорення гори Лопата, проте перед походом хотіли трохи відпочити біля води... І ось випадково ми втікаючи від туристів заїхали у село Кам'янка і повернувши вліво потрапили на круту дорогу. Проїхавши нею ми опинилися над різким спуском і побачили розкішну долину з ріками і полянами. Рай!!! Тут хочеться побути трохи довше... А гора нас зачекає;)
After returning, some of our friends said that this place is also very popular and there are a lot of people. But we were lucky! In the evening the tourists left and our tent was the only one.
It was quite hot then. Therefore, swimming and just walking on the water was appropriate. I was struck by the fact that the bottom of the river was made of large stone slabs. It was as if someone had cut them and folded them in a certain order. But this sculptor or designer is nature, not man.
It is also nice that the water was quite warm. And I'm afraid of the cold, and mountain rivers often have icy water.
And here I could just walk in the river, do a wonderful foot massage. Also in several places the fast current made a "jacuzzi", where you can get an anti-cellulite massage☺️ .
Вже після повернення одні наші друзі розповіли, що це місце теж дуже популярне і там буває купа народу. Але нам пощастило! Під вечір туристи роз'їхалися і наш намет був єдиним.
Тоді було досить спекотно. Тому купання і просто прогулянка по воді була доречною. Мене вразило те, що дно ріки було складено з великих кам'яних плит. Їх ніби хтось обтесав і поскладав у певному порядку. Але цей скульптор чи дизайнер - це природа, а не людина. Також приємно те, що вода була доволі теплою. А боюсь холоду, а гірські ріки часто мають крижану воду.
А тут я могла просто гуляти у ріці, роблячи чудовий масаж стоп. Також у кількох місцях швидка течія зробила "джакузі", де можна зробити собі антицелюлітний масаж 😂.
After spending the night in this fabulous place, we went to Lopata (ie Shovel) mountain! Since we had to spend the night there according to the plan, we had to bring a tent, a sleeping bag and some food. Of course, an experienced tourist will not be surprised, but I have little experience. So it was a little difficult, but wonderful.
After all, we rested a lot and enjoyed the scenery. The trail mostly went through a beech forest and therefore we did not feel strong heat.
By the way, this is a real mystique: I have twice tried to climb this mountain few years ago. But once I miscalculated the time, and another suddenly almost at the top there was the storm and I had to run back.
Переночувавши у цьому казковому місці ми вирушили на Лопату! Оскільки по плану ми мали там заночувати, то довелося нести зі собою намет, спальник і трохи їжі. Звісно досвідченого туриста цим не здивуєш, але у мене досвіду мало. Тому було трохи важко, але прекрасно. Зрештою, ми багато відпочивали і насолоджувалися краєвидами. Стежка переважно йшла через буковий ліс і тому сильної спеки ми не відчували.
До речі, це справжня містика: я вже двічі намагалася зійти на цю гору. Але перший раз ми з другом неправильно розрахували час і мусили повернутись, бо не мали спорядження. А другий раз ми ходили з двома друзями і собакою. Тоді була розкішна погода, але тільки ми піднялися на хребет, як почалась гроза і страшні блискавки... Ми ховалися від неї в лісі, а згодом повернули назад майже від вершини:( Ось такі бувають випадки...
This time everything went great. True, we went up the mountain a little late, but a few hours of daylight still caught. A few meters from the top we found beautiful spruces, under which we pitched tents.
A walk on the ridge is a special pleasure !!! Although this mountain is not high, but from it you can see steep landscapes.
And there grow a lot of large burdocks. It's so weird and funny! For the first time I see so many burdocks in the mountains.
На цей раз все пройшло чудово. Правда ми зайшли на гору трохи пізно, але кілька годин світлового дня ще застали. За кілька метрів від вершини ми знайшли красиві смереки, під якими розклали намети. Прогулянка по хребту це окрема насолода!!! Хоча ця гора не є висока, але з неї можна побачити круті краєвиди. А ще там росте багато великих лопухів. Вони такі дивні і смішні! Вперше бачу стільки лопухів у горах.
In the evening we lit a fire, made some simple food and delicious tea. Later it got very cold and when the fire went out we jumped into the tent ...
By the way, from the ridge we could see the city of Stryi, which lies 30 km from here and on the plain. Interestingly, we did not see anything during the day, and at night, thanks to the large number of lights, we realized that it is still a city. It looked like a giant UFO:)
Ввечері ми розпалити вогнище, зробили якусь просту їжу і смачний чай. Згодом різко похолодало і коли вогонь погас ми щастрибнули у намети... До речі з хребта було чудово видно місто Стрий, яке лежить за 30 км звідси і на рівнині. Цікаво, що вдень ми нічого не бачили, а вночі завдяки великій кількості вогнів зрозуміли, що все таки це є місто. Воно було схоже на велетенське НЛО:)
In the morning the mountains played with new colors... How beautiful it is here!!! It is a pity that we already had to return.
So, the dream of spending the night at the top came true. And now there is a new one: to spend the night at the top and do not rush anywhere:) One acquaintance advised to walk more on the ridge, because there are still beautiful scenery ...
I hope that everything will be fine and the Carpathians will open their arms to me very soon!!!

Вранці гори заграли новими барвами... Як же тут красиво!!! Жаль, що нам вже потрібно було повертатися. Отож, мрія заночувати на вершині збулася. А тепер виникла нова: заночувати на вершині і нікуди не спішити:) Один знайомий порадив більше погуляти по хребту, адже там далі є ще красиві пейзажі...
Сподіваюся, що все буде добре і Карпати відкриють мені свої обійми зовсім скоро!!!
