My first Easter in Spain was something like magic. I am not religious, but churches have always seemed to me to be places that contemplate a lot of art, in different ways, of course. The wonderful work Sagrada Familia by Gaudi tops the list of churches and art that has more symbolism, they still have not finished building it and it is almost 100 years since his death, just in the year '26 is that they plan to have it ready, for the centenary. No importa donde vayas, donde subas o bajes del bus, siempre que estés en la llamada "zona 1" estas cerca de todo! (haha no es cierto, pero sí lo es que el centro es muy lindo de recorrer caminando y en una sóla tarde puedes caminar gran parte de la ciudad)
Lo que quiero decir es que no importa si vas a un hostel en Gracia, un hotel en Eixample, si estas cerca o lejos de Passeig de Gracia, si estas a dos cuadras de la Barceloneta o si tu airbnb queda sobre Diagonal. Todas las callecitas son bellísimas, todo esta bien conectado por metro y buses, y super bien señalizado. Incluso viviendo en Vall D'Hebrón

Gracia, mi barrio favorito en Barcelona centro. Es muy amable, amigable, bonito y tranquilo. Ah pero en verano tienes fiesta Major, recitales, actividades en las plazas, en invierno tienes hasta carnaval, la vida que se palpita en Gracia es de no creer, el arte, sus calles distintas al resto de la ciudad. Los mejores paseos, por el barrio de Gracia ! café y cámara en mano, claro!
Barceloneta, infaltable para la foto del skyline barcelonés, el hotel Vela, como lo llaman... Es ese hotel con forma de pescadito y una "W" gigante que se ilumina por las noches
