hello👋🏽How are you?Hope you're doing great now..
Today's blog I'm gonna share to you was my meaningful and reflective experienced when I visited one of the famous National Shrine in Lapu-Lapu City-- The Virgen De La Regla National Shrine.
I decided to pay a visit today to the National Shrine together with my daughter for the intention of offering personal prayer and to just saying thank you for all the good health and more blessings received this year..
When I entered the National Shrine together with my daughter,we walked along in the walkway with arched roof..This covered walkway will lead us to the stairs through Virgen De La Regla..
It's 11a.m when we reached the National Shrine,it took 30 minutes for us to travel going here..It's a bit traffic and there are some roads along the way being repaired..
We're heading through inside the Shrine..the place is so inviting and welcoming most especially when you start to offer personal prayers and showing your devotion to the sacred..
Since I brought my daughter with me,I find it more grateful that she's behave while we're inside the Shrine..
You can light candles and offered your personal intentions to the Virgen Mary..
Candle boxes are just available outside the Shrine for those devotees who wanted to light candles to ask for mother Mary's intercession. You can drop 1.00 peso coin in exchange for the candles..
But we didn't light candles, for the reason, that my daughter is allergic to some ashes and candle smokes that's why we directly going upstairs..
A lot of times I visited this National Shrine, but today's visit was a bit different. The feeling of being worried sometimes is replaced with hopes and gratitude..
Many locals and pilgrims, devotees were visiting the place for having a strong faith with the sacred.
It's a beautiful and peaceful feeling to show fervent devotion to Mother Mary.
Surroundings were being surrounded with a lot of trees and plants that made the area shady and cool. These added beauty and serenity of the place..The place is well maintained and clean. No wonder it became known as the National Shrine..
You can see this ornament upon entering.Hands were being placed to touch holy water before making the sign of the cross.
This ornament made of marble is very attractive and decorative placed inside the Shrine.
At the corner to the right side this indoor miniature of garden is being displayed.White pebbles, plastic fence and rustic woods with artificial green grass made it a beautiful landscape..
Seeing the beauty of this architecture inside the Shrine will somewhat felt you amazed..its elegant and simplicity made the Shrine more wonderful..
After an hour of staying inside the Shrine, worshipping and reflecting,we took some time to capture pictures..Both of us were feeling happy after the Shrine visit.
And then we headed home for its 12noon already and we're taking our lunch at home..
Indeed another day to be grateful for. This would be all for now and see you in my next travel blogjourney..Bye👋🏽😍
