DAGAT 🌊
As we say in Filipino language that means 'beach'..ever since the start of the Pandemic almost 2 years now and I have been missing going to the countryside, chill by the shore, beer, good music and good people.
Today I'll be sharing some of the moments and places I've captured before I the pandemic started.
Liwliwa, Zambales - Luzon Area
In 2019 I went to a budget trip with my friends from Manila to Liwliwa which is approximately 2 hours away. We rode a bus to Pasay going to Olongapo from the station rode another bus going Zambales anddd finally a tricycle going to Beach area. It probably cost us around PhP500 (10USD) each.
Since we arrive at 12-midnight and didn't plan to rent a place plus we have our TP with us. We just went to the shore, set up the tent, lit a bonfire, and drink and chill til dawn! We were in the middle of a sandy beach and we had to move our tent go some where that can provide us shade, Slept until 3:00PM, each some lunch, head back to the beach and drop some acid 🤣✌️
I remember this picture that I took from my tent,it was freaking awesome!! Anndd we were trippin balls! 🤣✌️ Everything was surreal..
We had this term called 'Earthing' basically a reconnection of one's self to Mother Nature. Since we all have busy lives, going to work, stressing about life, bills, Problems and so on. This is a way to recharge you energy and lift you spirit to a better you.
Humans not only is cruel to mother nature but to other humans as well, and this beach trips along with good people and good music, is a total reconnection to the maker.
