Hello Hivers! Good day.
Welcome to our first trip to Boracay. Allow me to share our trembling yet unforgettable enjoyable experience trip to Boracay with my lovely sister. At first, we were contemplating if we are going to pursue our travel since typhoon Labuyo is in the midst. Upon assessment, considering the tickets, hotel accommodations and other pre expenses we have, we bravely decide to pursue our trip. While we were still in the sky, on about 30 minutes departure from Manila airport we experienced heavy turbulence that trembles by most passengers. Some were shouting out loud while others were in deep prayer. Instead of arriving of just an hour, we arrived almost 40 minutes late0. Kudos to PAL crew, we landed safe.
From Boracay airport we rode a boat to our book station.
Instead of doing an Island Hopping on that day, we decided to move it on the following day due to inclement weather and do a tour around the vicinity instead.
If you have a fear of heights this BIKING IN THE SKY is a must to try in order to conquer that fear just like mine 😁.
By the way Boracay is composed of three stations. As I observed:
Station 1 - most of the luxury resorts are located
Station 2 - if you are looking for great cafes and nightlife.
Station 3 - if you want somewhere to reflect or a solemn place.
At night firedance and other night activities were enjoyed by almost everyone.
Day 2:
Exploring the nearby islands as we do Island hopping today. Our eyes were full with the amazing nature creation. The crystal clear water, the exquisite hotels over the mountains with white sand beaches. Water is so inviting that you felt to love to swim even though you don't know how to swim at all. Swimming in the midst of deep crystal clear water was a satisfying experience.
After a whole day water activities we rest for a while and then do the grounding while enjoying the sunset. However, while we do grounding at night we were trap by both beautiful and handsome talents in the seashore. We were marketed to have a free international dinner in a known hotel nearby. It was a sumptuous dinner indeed, yet, we were compelled to attend a certain marketing presentation. It was an amazing presentation and worth to buy if you have just an enough budget.
Day 3 - last day in staying Boracay, of course never leave without visiting one of the highlighted landmark here “ BORACAY’S Grotto” or known as Willy’s Rock situated at Station 1.
Backpackers now ready going home to Manila.
It was another adventure experience leaving Boracay via sea through 2GO Ferry, approximately it was an 11 hours travel from Boracay to Batangas Port, Manila.
It was such a nice sister's bond travel adventure experience. PS. This is a throwback travel way back August 21 - 23, 2013.
Hope you have fun reading. Thank you for your time Hivers.😊❤️
