That last day in Argentina was really relaxed. The group divided in two to look for some souvenirs that we needed. My best friend and I decided to look for some musical instrument stores to buy some things that had a better price than in our country.
As a music lover, walking around stores of this style was also very pleasant for me. After that we decided to have lunch nearby and buy some other souvenirs. We were really satisfied with the whole trip, but I already missed my people and wanted to return to my country.
That day, in the evening, we would leave for the airport. Our flight was scheduled for 3 a.m., however, that day it was raining a lot and that weather made it delay until 7 a.m. Finally, we could take off to our country.
Aquel ultimo día en Argentina fue realmente relajado. El grupo se dividió en dos para buscar algunos recuerdos que nos hacían falta. Mi mejor amiga y yo decidimos buscar algunas tiendas de instrumentos musicales para comprar algunas cosas que tenían mejor precio que en nuestro país.
Como amante de la música, pasear por tiendas de este estilo también era muy agradable para mí. Luego de eso decidimos almorzar por las cercanías y comprar algunos otros suvenires. Estábamos realmente satisfechas con toda aquella travesía, pero yo ya extrañaba a mi gente y quería regresar a mi país.
Aquél día en horas de la noche partiríamos al aeropuerto. Nuestro vuelo estaba pautado para las 3 de la mañana, sin embargo, ese día estaba lloviendo muchísimo y ese clima hizo que se demorara hasta las 7 de la mañana, finalmente a esa hora pudimos despegar a nuestro país.
I have always been a very relaxed person but that morning the take off would be done with very unfavorable weather. Through the windows of the plane I could see the torrential and noisy rain hitting the window of the plane, however, when we took off and left Buenos Aires area, the weather improved a lot and we could enjoy a quiet flight, seven hours separated us from our country.
Siempre he sido una persona muy relajada pero aquella mañana el despegue se haría con un clima muy desfavorable. Por las ventanillas del avión podía ver aquel torrencial aguacero que además golpeaba la ventana del avión y provocaba ruido, sin embargo, al despegar y salir de esa zona de Buenos Aires, el clima mejoró muchísimo y pudimos disfrutar de un vuelo tranquilo, siete horas nos separaban de nuestra patria.
That journey through the south of our continent, accompanied by the best group of travelers I could have asked for, left me with one word in my mind and heart, "THANKS". The truth is that I was incredibly grateful to life for having had that opportunity, for having enjoyed it with my mother once again, with my best friend and with a group of wonderful girls.
Aquella travesía por el sur de nuestro continente, acompañada del mejor grupo de viajes que podría haber pedido me dejo con una palabra en la mente y en el corazón, “AGRADECIMIENTO”. La verdad estaba increíblemente agradecida por haber tenido aquella oportunidad, por haberlo disfrutado junto a mi madre una vez más, junto a mi mejor amiga y un grupo de chicas maravillosas.
It is in moments like these, when you live these adventures that you really realize that you can get what you want if you really work hard to achieve it, that everything depends on you and your effort. I really hope to have the joy of returning not only to Argentina and Uruguay, but to all those places I once knew and also to have the possibility of knowing new places, I know that with effort and work I will be able to achieve it.
Es en momentos como estos, cuando vives estas aventuras cuando realmente te das cuenta que puedes conseguir lo que desees si realmente trabajas duro para lograrlo, que todo depende de ti y de tu esfuerzo. Realmente espero tener la dicha de volver no solo a Argentina y a Uruguay, sino a todos aquellos lugares que una vez conocí y también tener la posibilidad de conocer lugares nuevos, sé que con esfuerzo y trabajo podré lograrlo.
