"Lo único que recuerdo era tener cerca de 5 o 6 años y ver un gorila enorme o algo parecido, saliendo de una casa antigua, mientras yo corría aterrada..."
Esa era mi respuesta cuando me preguntaban si había visitado en alguna ocasión la hacienda Santa Teresa.
Pero el tiempo pasó y gustosamente tuve la dicha de visitarla nuevamente. Para mí, esta visita fue en realidad la primera vez, puesto que el recuerdo que conservaba de hace unos años atrás era muy vago y aterrador.
La Hacienda Santa Teresa, es un lugar turístico cargado de fabulosa y espectacular naturaleza. Donde aparte de ser museo, también se practica deporte (la hacienda es la sede del equipo Proyecto Alcatraz Rugby Club). Esta importante empresa de Ron Venezolano cuenta con variedad de iniciativas sociales y económicas. Se encuentra en el Consejo - estado Aragua.
Siempre que viajaba por la Autopista Regional del Centro me perdía en ese hermoso valle rodeado de palmeras y moría por saber que había detrás de esos frondosos árboles.
Pese a vivir a unos 15km aproximadamente de esta fabulosa hacienda no habíamos pautado un momento para visitarla.
Fue gracias al concurso Hive's Top Model que decidimos visitarla y aprovechar esta maravillosa hacienda cargada de inigualable naturaleza para grabar mi tercera participación.
"The only thing I remember was being about 5 or 6 years old and seeing a huge gorilla or something similar, coming out of an old house, while I was running terrified..."
That was my answer when I was asked if I had ever visited Hacienda Santa Teresa.
But time passed and I gladly had the joy of visiting it again. For me, this visit was actually the first time, since the memory I had of a few years ago was very vague and frightening.
Hacienda Santa Teresa is a tourist place full of fabulous and spectacular nature. Apart from being a museum, it is also a place where sports are practiced (the hacienda is the headquarters of the Alcatraz Rugby Club Project team). This important Venezuelan Rum company has a variety of social and economic initiatives. It is located in Consejo - Aragua State.
Whenever I traveled on the Autopista Regional del Centro I would get lost in that beautiful valley surrounded by palm trees and I was dying to know what was behind those leafy trees.
Despite living approximately 15km away from this fabulous hacienda, we had not scheduled a time to visit it.
It was thanks to the contest Hive's Top Model that we decided to visit it and take advantage of this wonderful hacienda full of incomparable nature to record my third participation.
Llamanos con días de anticipación por los teléfonos proporcionados a través de las redes sociales de la misma hacienda para indagar sobre los costos de entrada, servicios y demás.
La entrada a la hacienda es totalmente gratuita. Puedes disfrutar de sus áreas verdes y de esparcimiento sin costo alguno. Sin embargo para hacer el recorrido y disfrutar de alguna otra actividad como por ejemplo visitar la ruta del ron, los cañaverales, la Cruz de palmeras, los paseos a caballo, el centro de catado entre otros, debes hacer una previa reservación.
Los precios son bastante accesibles, también tienes área de restaurant, donde disfrutas de bebidas, postres, platos fuertes, snack o si solo deseas un café también es válido 😁
Desde cualquier lugar que elijas para estar, estarás rodeado de naturaleza fabulosa...

Entrance to the hacienda is completely free. You can enjoy its green and recreational areas free of charge. However, to make the tour and enjoy any other activity such as visiting the rum route, the sugar cane fields, the palm cross, horseback riding, the tasting center, among others, you must make a reservation in advance.
The prices are quite affordable, you also have restaurant area, where you enjoy drinks, desserts, entrees, snacks or if you just want a coffee is also valid 😁.
From any place you choose to be, you will be surrounded by fabulous nature...
Íbamos cortos de tiempo y debíamos cumplir con otros compromisos, por lo tanto no podíamos disfrutar de las actividades de recreación que ofrecía la hacienda. Nos llevó aproximadamente 3 horas el proceso de grabación de mi vídeo.
Sin embargo luego de terminar el vídeo y cambiarme de ropa, fue inevitable sacarme rapidito 200 fotografías en cualquier rincón 😁
We were short on time and had other commitments, so we could not enjoy the recreational activities offered by the hacienda. It took us approximately 3 hours to shoot my video.
However, after finishing the video and changing my clothes, it was inevitable to take a quick 200 pictures of me in any corner 😁.

Yo, me enamoré de unas plantas de trinitarias... Últimamente se han convertido en una de mis flores predilectas. Su color es tan vivo y ella como planta tan resistente al fuerte verano. Me causa mucha admiración.

I, myself, fell in love with some trinitaria plants.... Lately they have become one of my favorite flowers. Its color is so vivid and it as a plant so resistant to the strong summer. It causes me much admiration

Actualmente, después de veintitantos años... Me preguntan por la Hacienda Santa Teresa y diré que es uno de los lugares más emblemáticos y espectaculares que encierra el estado Aragua.
Sin duda alguna es una parada obligatoria que no puede desperdiciar.
Me siento afortunada de vivir en un estado que cuenta con tantos lugares turísticos hermosos dignos de admirar...
