I and my husband live in Indonesia. Despite all the news you hear out there. I love my country, Indonesia is like heaven with all the diversity of culture and customs, as well as other uniqueness hidden in it. not only cultural diversity, this diversity can also be seen from the many regional specialties that appear which are one of the attractions for tourists to continue visiting Indonesia.
Likewise, in the field of tourism in Indonesia, there are still many very beautiful places that have not been managed properly to become worthy places to visit with selling points to foreign countries. However, the next concern is that even a place that is not beautiful can be a special attraction if it is packaged very well and has a good promotion. One of the interesting places that my husband and I will visit today is the Efrata Waterfall.
Efrata Waterfall is located in Sosor Dolok, Daily, Harian sub-district, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. If you are going to visit the Efrata waterfall, you can also go one way with other tours such as Sibeabea Hill which has just been inaugurated, Holbung Hill and Tele view Tower. This Efrata waterfall has its own uniqueness, unlike other waterfalls in North Sumatra that we cannot enjoy up close.
Access roads to enter the Efrata waterfall area have started to look good with the facilities there, namely, prayer rooms, clean toilets, resting huts, as well as canteens where we sell various foods, and in the Efrata waterfall area we are also You can find sellers of Sihobuk Peanuts, which are dry roasted peanuts with unflavored sand and are only available in Samosir Regency. There is also a change of clothes seller here if you want to enjoy the Euphrates waterfall but forget to bring a change of clothes.
Visiting Efrata Waterfall, we can enjoy the fresh splashes of the waterfall itself, carried by the wind hitting our skin, the cool air because it is in a mountainous area, as well as views of forests and mountains that are still beautiful. Not only that, we can also enjoy this waterfall directly under the water. Very interesting right? However, if you don't want to enjoy the Efrata waterfall directly, you can take pictures around this Efrata waterfall. Beside the Efrata waterfall, there is a wall that was deliberately made for the convenience of visitors to make it easy to take pictures and without fear of slipping or dirty footwear.
If usually to be able to enjoy the waterfall we have to climb or need to walk several tens of meters or hundreds of meters, this is not the case with this Euphrates waterfall. Because in this place you don't need to feel tired to enjoy this waterfall, because you can touch the Efrata waterfall with only a distance of 10-30 meters from where you parked your vehicle, and once again you don't need to climb. This is a cool waterfall when viewed from the original. Talk about parking. If you are going to visit here there is no public transportation here, you have to rent a private vehicle, or take many travel trips in the city of Medan.
From this place, we can also see the view of Lake Toba. From the corner of Samosir Regency, which stretches out very nicely, it spoils the eyes. It's a charming place to visit. This waterfall has a fresh taste not salty, friends. Because there is no sea here. So are you still not interested in traveling around North Sumatra with all its charms? I'm sure you will be amazed to explore this northern Sumatra.
Greetings from us Tomi and Maya from Binjai City, Indonesia. Keep supporting us, healthy and happy greetings always for you. Thank you for your enthusiasm so far.
