2 days off, time to travel and explore places I've never been to and can only look at on my social media. Since my city is very hot right now I want to visit cool places while soaking in cold water and enjoying the mountain atmosphere. But if I can enjoy both why should I choose one. So I decided to look for a place where I could enjoy the natural scenery and soak in the water as much as I wanted without any time restrictions or too many visitors coming. This place was really beyond my predictions because it was really really cool in my opinion.
The place I visited was Batu Pasak Beach which is on Samosir Island and Samosir Island is located in the middle of Lake Toba Island and to get to Samosir Island we have to cross a ferry whose schedule starts from 7 am to 7 pm. There are many beautiful tourist attractions on Samosir Island, but for now I will only invite you to take a walk first to Batu Pasak Beach. Oh yes, don't be fooled, friends, even though this place is called a beach, Batu Pasak Beach is on the outskirts of Lake Toba itself and because this is a lake, the water is not salty and instead has fresh water and of course there are no waves in this lake.
Talking about the entrance fee to enter this beach, we are charged a voluntary fee, so it's up to you how much you want to pay. And this beach is also very safe and comfortable for visitors, both local and international, because I have met a lot of visitors from outside Indonesia who come to this place.
And the view that I will get when visiting this place is white sand around the beach and there is no plastic rubbish that makes our view ugly, then we can see how clear the water of this lake is so that we can see everything underneath it. and this is really very clear, but when our eyes look at the water of this lake it actually looks like clouds stretching out very beautifully, then the water of the lake seems to be dammed by the green hills around it and we will feel at home in this lake .
The rock formations on this beach give rise to the name Batu Pasak Beach, and these rock formations are the main photo spots, but don't be mistaken because there are many other interesting photo spots on this beach. Like the existence of a banyan tree which is very cool and can be used as an interesting photo spot, besides, in this place there are also huts to put our personal belongings and enjoy the provisions available. Even though this place is safe, we still have to be careful about leaving our valuables behind, of course.
Actually, this is my first trip to Samaosir Island this month, wait for my next post to see other natural beauty on Samosir Island, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, greetings maytom
