When traveling to Berastagi, Karo Regency, there are two lanes of roads that can be passed, the first route is Main Street, through Medan City through
Street Jendral Jamin Ginting and so on to Berastagi with the time needed to get to the Berastagi Tourism object about 2 hours drive normally without traffic jams.
While the second line is a route known as a shortcut, which passes through the Langkat District Border. It is on the border between these two regencies that Pamah Semelir is located, a place that 3 or 4 years ago became popular among visitors because the road that crosses the two regencies has now been built with smooth asphalt, and beautiful tourist attractions.
If in a previous post we told about Panatapan Berastagi, then in the Pamah Semelir area there is also Panatapan. Panatapan means 'place to see'. At Panatapan Pamah Semelir actually has a view that is not much different from the scenery at Panatapan Berastagi, it's just that in Pamah Semelir because it doesn't pass through the main road, so this place is quieter and still very difficult to signal 😔, so if you want to Doing a live broadcast via Facebook can't because there is no internet signal.
Unlike Panatapan Berastagi, where many interesting and neatly lined cafes are found along the road, in Pamah Semelir there are still three cafes which are still very simple with menus that are not too diverse. The menu sold here is limited to processed instant noodles and fried rice, while the drinks only have hot coffee and hot tea. There is also a menu of boiled corn and roasted corn but only at one cafe at the far end.
In Pamah Semelir, there is also a prayer room, making it easier for visitors who are in transit to places from Berastagi to Binjai City, or from Binjai City to Berastagi City, the prayer room provided is quite clean with cold water and a light breeze from the surrounding air. add to the specialness of visitors when worshiping.
When going to Berastagi, my husband and I prefer to go from this road compared to the main road that passes through Medan City. If from the border of Langkat Regency, along the road that we pass to get to Berastagi City and Kaban Jahe what we see is a stretch of dense forest, a collection of monkeys that still hang a lot on trees, cool air, small rivers that flow clearly, Cool cliffs that are perfect for taking pictures, the local community's agricultural land, and the sturdy Mount Sinabung made our trip not feel at all.
How did you get attracted to Berastagi from this path? We are waiting for your visit, okay? Hopefully this Covid 19 pandemic will soon pass and we are all in good health, so we can enjoy the holidays with loved ones. Aamiin
See you on our next trip. Thank you and ask for the encouragement from you guys.
