An All Girls Trip To Italy - A Dreemy Destination

Okay guys, don't look at me that way 🙄 I just wanted an all girls trip as I thought it'd be a different kind of fun all together.

You know, girls got to do their thing too and my imaginations on a girls trip was just too amazing so I thought I'd try it out and I got the best opportunity to.

$4000 was sent to me from Hive account@dreemport to take three of my friends to anywhere in the world for a 4-days trip... Hmmm

Italy is a European country having powerful mark in the western culture and cuisine with Rome as the capital city and the girls decided to visit two cities within the four days trip to get the feel of Italy on our skin.

Did you ask why we chose Italy? 👂 I think you did 😂 Well, it's just for the purpose of exploring all we've heard about the country and who wouldn't want to have a taste of their Spaghetti bolognese? Yeah, the food again... Maybe one of my motivation for the various trips I've been on is to try out new delicacies. Our to-eat list was the first to prepare 😁 Okay, back to how we spent that amount and how the trip went for the girls.

Day 1 And 2 At Rome

We decided to start off at the Capital city of Italy which is Rome and we paid for two rooms in a 4-star hotel, Hotel Maryelen which is just about 1.6km from the centre of Rome.

We had to play a quick game to agree on the twos to use a room, I mean we all wanted to stay together in one room but it seem like the hotel workers knew that we had enough money to take two rooms 😂 so Peaq and I were picked for one room while Khaly and Iska took the other room.

We kept our luggages and set out to the first on the to-do list which is visiting a spa 🙄 don't look at us like that, we know we were looking beautiful but wanted to just have an experience of a spa at Italy and it was an experience to remember.

All through the time we were at the spa, Peaq and I couldn't stop singing at every chance we got (we love to sing 😉) we got done at the spa, put on our beautiful make ups, bought beautiful gowns to wear and we set off to sightseeing Rome with the tour guide.

We had our camera to take every thing we find beautiful to take home with us and it seem like everything was beautiful, thank goodness Iska and Peaq brought a phone with lots of space while Khaly brought a good camera. No, don't ask about mine... My phone is so bad 😩

We saw tall buildings, like we were amazed and I remember Iska asking if they were all trying to build another tower of babel 🤣 the girls laughed loudly which got the attention of some Italians around us. Nigerians in Italy be showing their true colors (Funny nature) no pretence 😜

So for the long awaited lunch, we had our first on the list - Spaghetti Bolognese 😍 at an Italian restaurant we came across during our sightseeing. The taste was just as expected but I saw Khaly hand picking something out of it 🤪 I didn't tell the other girls though, we were just enjoying our meals with chilled wine.

Going back to the Hotel, Peaq pointed at a game house "How about some game playing to work out our food?" she asked with some kind of pride that she'd win us. Did she practice the game before coming to Italy? 🙄 We agreed to play games and there were just so many games to play and trust me, I went for the ones I'd win more.

The game part wasn't a part of our to-do list and that made us agree to what we read about Italy "We've got more to get you hooked up that a few days won't be enough for a trip here" 😂 the girls won among themselves in various games and it was so much fun because we laughed a lot.

We went back to the hotel, it had a sauna so we paid to get in and has another relaxing session in preparation for another great tour in Rome. As Nigerian girls, we asked for a moderate heat for our sauna session... Hope you understand 😁

The first night at Rome came and we saw this amazing view 😍 we wish we had more nights than day all through our trip in Rome but that was impossible so we took more pictures of the view for memory. We went to bed but not after updating our status to tell the world that our girls trip is going just too amazing.

Breakfast was served after doing some payments and we chatted all through out the meal on our next place of visit in Rome. By the way, for breakfast we had Pasta Carbonara with a side dessert, Pannacota. The Pannacota tasted so good that Iska had so much of it.

Our second day at Rome was fun but brief as we planned our next trip to Amalfi Coast - Our next city for exploration in Italy. Before leaving Rome,Khaly suggested that we visit the museum for sightseeing and it was worth it as we saw a lot of Italian beautiful Culture. We packed our luggage and set off to Amalfi Coast.

Day 3 And 4 At Amalfi Coast

Amalfi Coast is at the southern part of Italy which is known as the most visited place for its undisputed beauty and uniqueness in nature. Tell me one reason the girls shouldn't visit 🥰 We took two rooms at Hotel Luna Convento but not after another quick game 😂

Our first on the to-do list was to take a car trip around Amalfi streets, we took pictures of beautiful sights and of ourselves in Amalfi. We had some Tiramisu (pick-me-up cake) with ice cream, what a delicious combination it was for us!

After some sightseeing, we visited the beach which is one of things that Amalfi coast is known for. We got on our beach outfits, the hats and bikini then went to cool off a bit far from the crowd to watch and gist on what we were seeing (Ladies thingy).

We ate our first lunch at Amalfi Coast which was all seafoods, I loved every taste of it but Peaq couldn't finish hers, seemed like they served too much for her 😐 we also had some nice drinks to go with the meals.

Our first day in Amalfi was so much fun but the second day was more fun and scary too 😂 we boarded ferry for a tour since we were in a waterside of Italy. All three of us kept screaming and laughing while we enjoyed the tour, it was memorable 😊

We had a free breakfast before the tour but got hungry too early for lunch so we bought the popular Pizza Napolitano which we ate with chilled coke. We could see the end of our trip already but it was fun while it lasted.

The girls got on the available flight back to Nigeria with the mind of visiting again if given the opportunity.
