This is the animal skin you see used to make oil in ancient times, and I still see people using it when I go to the highlands. Butter is made in this skin. As far as I know, yoghurt and a little water are added and mixed with the help of a tool, oil is formed at the bottom, and the liquid part on the top is what we call YAYIK AYRANI. As you can see in the other photo, I eat chickpeas with that ayran. Definitely the most delicious ayran YAYIK AYRANI

Bu gördüğünüz de eski zamanlarda yağ yapmak için kullanılan hayvan derisi ve ben yaylalara gittiğimde hala kullanan insanları görüyorum. Bu derinin içinde tereyağ yapılıyor. Bildiğim kadarı ile yoğurt ve biraz su eklenip bir alet yardımı ile sürekli karıştırılıyor altta yağ oluşuyor üstündeki sıvı kısım ise bizim YAYIK AYRANI dediğimiz şeyi oluşturuyor. Diğer fotoğrafta gördüğünüz gibi o ayranla nohut yemeği yiyorum. kesinlikle en lezzetli ayran YAYIK AYRANI

It was one of my favorite places in this area because I place a special value on historical things. I asked the uncle waiting at this stand how they got them, and he said that he collected them from the old people in their villages. We had a little chat about what they do. Some mentioned that they are used for making rugs, some for gardening, and some for kitchen work, and what caught my attention was that they were all handcrafted.
