Outdoor adventure for the whole family! An easy walk trail along the picturesque town of Stanjel (western Slovenia).
By solving small tasks (ideal for smaller kids) you will discover the story of BURJA (local strong wind), STONE (main constructing material of the region) and RUJ (characteristic bush of the region, its leaves turn into lively yellow, orange, and red coulis during autumn).
There are several spots on the train where you will meet the dwarfs represented with magnificent wooden sculptures.
Beside the wooden dwarfs you will discover also the strong and imposing Karst stone.
By solving the mystery of the dwarf alphabet, you will reach the end of the trail and meet a friend. The Karst shepherd – the only breed of dog originating in Slovenia.
Just avoid the BURJA wind 😊, that can be very unpleasant so better to visit the train during calm days.
