Hello everyone! How is everybody doing?
In Romania we still can feel the tension of war between Ukraine and Russia and being so close to the Ukraine border, we don't feel safe these days. It's really sad what's happening there. I know the whole world is upside down suffering along the people and victims of this unfortunate disaster...
Other than that, I had some busy days but I'm happy to have a more relaxed day and one of the things I want to do is sharing with you something from my travels back in Canada.
This place right here is called Coal Harbour and it is located right downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Taking walks through Vancouver was one of my favorite things to do while I was stitting here for 2 months.
I LOVE VANCOUVER! ❤️
And I always said it in my previous posts, when I was writting about this place and its surroundings.
Coal Harbour is actually a neighbourhood in Vancouver and it's well known for its marina, beautiful buildings and localy eating places. It is the area between Canada Place and Stanley Park (lucky me, I've seen them both haha).
The name Coal Harbour comes back from 1859 when Colonel Moody discovered coal in the harbour.
It is right on the water’s edge and that makes it the perfect place for taking a walk.
Coal Harbour is the modern part of the city lined with glass skyscrapers overlooking Burrard Inlet.
From along its stunning seawall you’ll see multimillion-dollar yachts, Stanley Park from across the water, Harbour Air Seaplanes landing and taking off, ships coming in and out of the port, and lots of people riding their bikes, walking and taking in all the beautiful scenery.
Being in the heart of the city, for many visitors, Coal Harbour can be an ideal area to be based. It’s close to a variety of hotels and restaurants. Its easternmost section is also within walking distance of Waterfront Station with its bus, SkyTrain and SeaBus public transit connections to the rest of the region. source here
I edited some of the photos I like most

So what do you think about this place? Personally, I love to find beautiful places like this in such a big city/metropolis like Vancouver. This city still have a lot to offer and can't wait to share with you some others!
Thank you guys for stopping by!
Wish you a wonderful weekend and take care!
