Good day hivers!!!
Sunday is one of the best day in a week ,were we spend time in this day to go to church for a holy mass and spend time with family.
My husband was only have two days day off in a month ,and every dayoff he had ,we usually take the kids anywhere they wanted as long as we can afford it .Mostly we take them to a beach for a swimming ,take them to a park and gave their favorite snacks.Since today is my husband's day off ,we asked the kids what they wanted today and they requested to go for a swimming and I and my husband both agreed on it and I told them why not to try to take them into the river.
We take the kids at ka Lucas River located at Barangay Mabini ,Bato Leyte Philippines
We attend first a holy mass before this quick river escapade ,the holy mass done around 8:30 in the morning and we need to go home first to prepare a little things we need,my kids stuff.We need to travel for almost 20minutes going in this river and we only stay here for 40minutes ,we need to go home coz it looks like it rained and I am afraid thinking that there will be a sudden flood if it will rained.
What's in that river?
A hanging bridge so that it can be passable to the people if theres a flood.But if your not a resident in that place you need to pay 5pesos or $0.1 when you cross using your motorcycle ,they was asking that amount to be used for the maintainance of that hanging bridge.
A clear and cold water which is suits for the weather now and surely it makes you feel relax.
The people who living this area was used the water river for their laundries and for swimming.
In the part of the river which the water was color green is the deep part of the said river.
When we arrived ,the kids was so excited to have swimming I don't even take them a good photos because of their excitement .They almost jump with joy and I see a real happiness in their faces in this little things we give to them.
When I was taking these photos ,A qoutes that was written in that area was caught my attention ,a very inspirational qoutes for everyone and beside the qoutes the statue of Jesus Christ in the boat.
And it said that....
Life is like a sailing boat ,let Jesus be the captain of your life
It was just a quick escapade but I and my kids was enjoyed it and hopefully we can visit it again soon.We enjoyed at the same time we inspired the the qoutes we discover.
