Gratos saludos tengan todos mis viajeros de todo el mundo, es un placer para mí saludarlos en este lunes inicio de semana, quiero mostrarles lo que fue mi increíble visita al buque escuela de Venezuela.
Warm greetings to all my fellow travellers around the world. It is my pleasure to greet you on this Monday, the start of the week. I would like to share with you my incredible visit to Venezuela's training ship.
Mis viajeros de todo el mundo me dirigí por primera vez a conocer el buque escuela Simón Bolívar conocido como el embajador sin fronteras, el mismo vino a Maracaibo durante los días de la feria de la chinita, este se encontraba en el Malecón de Maracaibo, es decir, en el terminar lacustre. Siempre había querido ir al buque escuela, pero no había tenido la oportunidad hasta que me propuse a ir, primeramente al llegar habían colas kilométricas muchas de ellas eran de estudiantes y niños quienes querían ir a conocer el buque escuela, así como también había una larga fila, para los particulares, aproximadamente esperé más de 1 hora y media para poder ingresar a este hermoso barco que sin duda alguna es bastante fantástico, ha recorrido un sin fín de países representando a nuestropaís Venezuela y en este se forman la armada, los fragatas buscan aprender en cada una de sus instalaciones, este tenía cada una de las banderas que ha visitado.
My fellow travellers from around the world, I went for the first time to see the training ship Simón Bolívar, known as the ambassador without borders. It came to Maracaibo during the days of the Chinita Fair and was moored at the Malecón de Maracaibo, that is, at the lake terminal. I had always wanted to visit the training ship, but I hadn't had the opportunity until I decided to go. When I arrived, there were kilometre-long queues, many of them made up of students and children who wanted to visit the training ship. There was also a long queue for individuals. I waited for over an hour and a half to get on this beautiful ship, which is undoubtedly quite fantastic. It has travelled to countless countries representing our country, Venezuela, and is used to train the navy. The frigates seek to learn from each of its facilities, and it had every flag it had visited.
El buque escuela nació como sueño de la armada nacional postalmente en el año 1978, siendo cosntruido en el astilleros de talleres de selaya en Bilbao España, pero justamente entra el buque escuela en la armada el 12 de Agusto de 1980, por lo que este tiene 41 años de servicios de manera activa, este busca dejar en alto el gentilicio Venezolano, a visitado aproximadamente 33 países en los que ha estado en 105 puertos internacionales, recorriendo mas de 390.000 millas náuticas.
The training ship was born as a dream of the national navy in 1978, being built in the Selaya shipyards in Bilbao, Spain. The training ship officially joined the navy on 12 August 1980, meaning it has been in active service for 41 years. It seeks to uphold the Venezuelan name, having visited approximately 33 countries and 105 international ports, travelling more than 390,000 nautical miles.
Ha recibido muchos premios de regatas en concursos internacionales desde 2016, se gano el premoo del velero más rapido del mundo es el buque más visitado, el más alegre y coordial considerado así por todas las personas, este buque busca adiestrar y formar a los futuros cadetes Venezolanos, realizando faenas diarias, también busca estrechar a nivel internacional el intercambio cultural dejando en alto a Venezuela.
It has received many regatta awards in international competitions since 2016, winning the prize for the fastest sailing ship in the world. It is the most visited ship, considered by everyone to be the most cheerful and friendly. This ship seeks to train and educate future Venezuelan cadets, carrying out daily tasks. It also seeks to strengthen cultural exchange at an international level, raising Venezuela's profile.
Este buque funciona totalmente a vela por lo que de esta manera se procede a la navegación por las distintas partes de Venezuela y otros países, posee 23 velas, tiene la capacidad de transportar 130 cadettes , justamente en la visita estos eran quienes se encontraban organizando a las personas, dando también los recorridos guiados y velando por la seguridad de todos, apesar que sólo pude conocer sus instalaciones externas debido a que habían muchas personas.
This ship is powered entirely by sail, which is how it navigates around different parts of Venezuela and other countries. It has 23 sails and can carry 130 cadets. During my visit, these cadets were organising people, giving guided tours and ensuring everyone's safety. However, I was only able to see the outside of the ship because there were so many people.
Quede fascinada pero en su interior tiene lugares con bastante historia donde tienen guardadas espadas de Bolívar y todos los premios que se han ganado, cabe resaltar que el buque cuenta con diversas zonas, primeramente al llegar esta la cubierta de toldilla, donde se procede a la navegación, primeramente estará la sala de derrota donde se puede la llevar la navegación, pero también esta la navegación externa donde esta el timón que este es el que permite ejecutar las maniobras del buque, ya que el capitán es el que esta a cargo.
I was fascinated, but inside there are places with a lot of history where Bolívar's swords and all the awards they have won are kept. It is worth noting that the ship has several areas. First, when you arrive, there is the quarterdeck, where navigation takes place. First, there is the navigation room, where navigation can be carried out, but there is also the external navigation area where the helm is located, which is used to manoeuvre the ship, as the captain is in charge.
Llegamos a la parte de las faluas o botes de emergencia, estos son tipos valleneras quienes se pueden navegar a velas, remos o con motor hidráulico, preparadas para en caso de un accidente, estas son las responsable de garantizar la seguridad de los cadetes por si ocurre algún acontecimiento, en sus laterales el buque cuenta con 10 balsas salvavidas, cada una de ellas es para 25 personas en estos puntos también se encuentran las arcias firmes que estas son unas escaleras que es hacia donde suben los marineros hacias las vergas así se llaman donde ellos se suben, en las navegaciones cada quién identifica las velas conforme a las distintas ubicaciones, este buque reune cada año a cientos de miles de Venezolanos que buscan visitarlo con gran entusiamo.
We come to the lifeboats or emergency boats, which are valleneras that can be sailed, rowed or powered by a hydraulic motor. Prepared for use in the event of an accident, they are responsible for ensuring the safety of the cadets should anything happen. On its sides, the ship has 10 life rafts, each of which can hold 25 people. At these points, there are also fixed ladders, which are used by the sailors to climb up to the yards, as they are called. During navigation, each person identifies the sails according to their different locations. Every year, this ship brings together hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans who are eager to visit it.
En el buque también existe una área que brinda información de todas las funciones que se realizan su visión y función, como también poder brindar información a todos esos jovenes que quisieran formar parte de la armada, cabe destacar que también mostran las distintas insignas o armamentos que poseen, me interese por completo de lo engalanado que es el prestigioso buque, todo el intercambio cultural que le ha regalado a nuestro país.
The ship also has an area that provides information on all the functions it performs, as well as providing information to all those young people who would like to join the navy. It is worth noting that they also display the different insignia and weapons they have. I was completely fascinated by how beautifully decorated this prestigious ship is and by all the cultural exchange it has brought to our country.
Por último así como también poder llevar el nombre de nuestro país Venezuela bien en alto, sin duda alguna el tratos de cada uno de los cadetes es sencillamente espectacular, en una siguiente publicación explicaremos la parte mas importante de este hermoso buque embajador sin fronteras.
