Gratos saludos tengan todos mis viajeros de todas partes del mundo en este viernes, es para mi un placer mostrarle unas de las iglesias neogoticas más antiguas de mi ciudad.
Greetings to all my travellers from around the world on this Friday. It is my pleasure to show you one of the oldest neo-Gothic churches in my city.
Mis viajeros Maracaibo posee diversas iglesias antiguas, una de ellas es la Iglesia Santa Bárbara y Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Inmaculada Concepción de María, cuya iglesia es bastante hermosa siempre me ha parecido un poema bastante hermoso situada justamente en frente de la Plazoleta de la Virgen de Chiquinquirá, cuya iglesia es bastante reconocida puesto que en esta iglesia era donde se iba a trasladar Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Chiquinquirá en su aparición pero no quiso permanecer en este punto y se puso bastante pesada, siempre he pasado por en frente de esta iglesia y siempre se encuentra centrada pero esta vez tuve la oportunidad de encontrarla abierta, no predi la oportunidad de pasar y contemplar su gran belleza.
My fellow travellers, Maracaibo has several old churches, one of which is the Church of Santa Bárbara and Shrine of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. This church is quite beautiful and has always struck me as a beautiful poem, located right in front of the Plazoleta de la Virgen de Chiquinquirá, which is quite well known because it was here that Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá was going to be transferred after her apparition, but she did not want to remain at this point and became quite heavy. I have always passed in front of this church and it is always closed, but this time I had the opportunity to find it open, so I did not miss the chance to go in and contemplate its great beauty.
Esta iglesia fue construida en el siglo XVII posee un estilo neogotico y esta pintada de azul, en su interior alberga objetos totalmente historicos puesto que en su interior esta guarda la acta de disfunsión de Udón Perez famoso escritor y compositor Zuliano creador del himno del estado Zulia, esta iglesia suele ser muy reconocida por su vibrante color azul no es muy común encontrar en nuestra ciudad iglesias que posean este color, posee un ubicación muy central justamente en el casco histórico de Maracaibo, conservando así la primeras edificaciones y construcción totalmente antiguas con ladrillos de esta forma eran construidas las edificaciones antiguas de la ciudad de Maracaibo podemos observar estos ladrillos historicos en su lado izquierdo y en la parte de atras de la iglesia.
This church was built in the 17th century in a neo-Gothic style and is painted blue. Inside, it houses objects of great historical value, including the death certificate of Udón Perez, the famous Zuliano writer and composer who created the anthem of the state of Zulia. This church is well known for its vibrant blue colour, which is not very common in our city. It is centrally located in the historic centre of Maracaibo, preserving the first buildings and constructions made entirely of bricks, which is how the old buildings of the city of Maracaibo were built. We can see these historic bricks on the left side and at the back of the church.
Esta iglesia posee tres entradas centrales en su parte de frente, conjuntamente con dos entradas laterales, así mismo posee otra entrada en la parte izquiera puesto que esta conduce hacia los columbarios donde se encuentran enterrados restos mortales, así como también se sepositan cenizas de fieles difuntos las puertas centrales poseen sus hermosos detalles enmaracados que siguen el festoneado de las puertas, en forma triangulares encima de la puerta central se encuentran tres ventanas blancas, cada uno de estos detalles son de color blanco, como también se encuentran las puertas estas son fabricadas totalmente en madera.
This church has three central entrances at the front, along with two side entrances. It also has another entrance on the left-hand side, which leads to the columbariums where mortal remains are buried, as well as the ashes of the faithful departed. The central doors have beautiful framed details that follow the scalloped design of the doors. Above the central door are three white windows, each of which is white in colour, as are the doors, which are made entirely of wood.
Justamente se encontraba la hermosa imagen de gran tamaño de Santa Bárbara que esta es bastante hermosa se nota que es de esas antiguas fabricadas en material español, justamente se encontraban celebrando el día de su Santa Patrona Santa Bárbara, quién sufrió bastante y fue martirizada por su propio padre por defender la fe católica, esta iglesia se le rinde tributo a su vida, donde es venerada en esta iglesia e incluso en el Táchira un estado andino, me encanto mucho verla y no perdí la oportunidad propicia para tomar fotografías hermosas.
There was a beautiful large image of Saint Barbara, which is quite beautiful. You can tell that it is one of those old ones made in Spain. They were celebrating the day of their patron saint, Saint Barbara, who suffered greatly and was martyred by her own father for defending the Catholic faith. This church pays tribute to her life, where she is venerated in this church and even in Táchira, an Andean state. I loved seeing it and did not miss the opportunity to take beautiful photographs.
También se encontraba totalmente expuesta en su hermosa carroza la imagen hermosa de la Inmaculada Concepción de María que se le rinde tributo en esta iglesia puesto que es su patrona, ya que se encontraban en sus vísperas cuya iglesia también posee su nombre, cabe destacar que esta iglesia posee un techo bastante particular porque este esta totalmente constituido por diversos cuadros, estos se encuentran totalmente entre los semiarcos y en todos los diversos pasillos que son bastante hermosos, esta iglesia es el vivo ejemplo de estilo, arte todo en un solo lugar, también la paz que se siente es totalmente absoluta donde el tiempo se detiene por completo.
The beautiful image of the Immaculate Conception of Mary was also fully exposed in its beautiful carriage. Tribute is paid to her in this church as she is its patron saint, since they were on the eve of her feast day and the church also bears her name. It is worth noting that this church has a rather unusual ceiling because it is made up entirely of various paintings, which are located entirely between the semi-arches and in all the various aisles, which are quite beautiful. This church is a living example of style and art all in one place, and the peace that one feels there is absolutely complete, where time stands still.
Cabe destacar que el padre Joaquin Piña fue un sacerdote que realizo grandes aportes ha esta iglesia incluso de sus primeros sacerdotes este posee una placa esta iglesia es un patrimonio cultural de la ciudad de Maracaibo, desde 1960 justamente el 02 de Agosto, esta iglesia es un punto central de la fe y también de la historia eclesiástico de Maracaibo puesto que busca reunir 2 advocaciones de fe la devoción por Santa Bárbara, también a la Inmaculada Concepción de María, posee gran diversidad de imágenes a pesar que es una iglesia de cierta manera bastante Sencilla es hermosa por completo garantizando una gran paz, apesar que no pude observar su hermoso altar debido a que apenas se contrarban bajando las grandes cortinas debe ser bastante engañado.
It should be noted that Father Joaquin Piña was a priest who made great contributions to this church, including its first priests. He has a plaque in this church, which is a cultural heritage site of the city of Maracaibo since 2 August 1960. This church is a central point of faith and also of the ecclesiastical history of Maracaibo, as it seeks to bring together two devotions of faith: devotion to Saint Barbara and the Immaculate Conception of Mary. It has a great diversity of images, and although it is a fairly simple church, it is completely beautiful and guarantees great peace. Unfortunately, I was unable to see its beautiful altar because they were just lowering the large curtains, but it must be quite impressive.
Por último mis viajeros del mundo es una de las iglesias por mayor antiguedad de la ciudad, aunque inicialmente esta era una capilla ahora es una hermosa iglesia neoclásica hermosa que se ha quedado para siempre en nuestra fe cultural y marabina por completo, esta iglesia tuvo sus disputas papales hace casi entre la cofradía de Santa Bárbara Inmaculada y la archicofadría de la Inmaculada Concepción por eso se le tributo a dos advocaciones de Santidad y Marian, sin duda alguna ame visitarla, comtemplar su arte, cultura y paz, así como prufundizar en su gran historia muchas gracias por conocerla conmigo por primera vez en su interior, me despido con un fuerte abrazo viajeros del mundo.
Finally, my fellow travellers of the world, this is one of the oldest churches in the city. Although it was originally a chapel, it is now a beautiful neoclassical church that has become an integral part of our cultural and Marabina faith. This church had its papal disputes between the brotherhood of Santa Bárbara Inmaculada and the archconfraternity of the Immaculate Conception, which is why it is dedicated to two saints, Santidad and Marian. I absolutely loved visiting it, contemplating its art, culture and peace, as well as delving into its great history. Thank you very much for visiting it with me for the first time inside.
