ROAD TO MY DESTINATION!💖🚩🧭😮

I live in the southern part of Portugal so it took me more than 260km to reach the bridge, it was a trip scheduled a few days in advance, one of my short-term objectives was to be suspended in this beautiful construction that has been implemented in Guinness records as the longest suspension bridge in the world! It took me more than 3 hours to arrive, as you can see I was accompanied with my wife!🙂🙂

Vivo en la zona sur de Portugal por lo que me tomo realizar mas de 260km para llegar al puente, fue un viaje programado con unos dias de anticipacion, uno de mis objetivos a corto plazo era estar suspendido en esta hermosa construccion que se ha implementado en los record guinness como el puente suspendido mas largo del mundo! me tomo mas de 3 horas en llegar, como puedes ver fui acompañado con mi esposa!😋😋

Una zona montañosa con clima lluvioso nos esperaba, si lees un poco sobre la zona consigues que es una de las reservas naturales menos contaminadas de Portugal, en medio de un fantastico ambiente natural pasa el Rio Paiva, que tambien es simbolo de imponencia y belleza, es uno de los rios mas limpio del pais! 🌿🌾🌴🌳

There are two ways to get to the suspended bridge, we have taken the easiest route that is the town of Alvarenga, basically you get to the town and you have to walk a 1 kilometer journey between a magical rural area, surrounded by a beautiful church, and an environment natural surrounded by pine trees, eucalyptus! small houses with friendly people decorate the landscape!🙂🙂

Existen dos formas de llegar al puente suspendido, nosotros hemos tomado la ruta mas facil que es el pueblo de Alvarenga, basicamente llegas al pueblo y tienes que caminar un trayecto de 1kilometro entre una zona rural magica, rodeado de una hermosa iglesia, y un ambiente natural envuelto de arboles de pino, eucalipto! pequeñas casas con personas amables decoran el paisaje!🤩🤩

Between my wife and I we have spent a total of 300 euros to make this trip, the ticket for two has a cost of 24 euros and includes the Paiva pasadisos that I will show you later in another post! In my opinion it is an economical trip, I recommend you stay in an open-air hotel to enjoy the experience! Another interesting fact is to come prepared with hiking shoes since this area has a rocky and slippery path! safety first!🤔🤔

Entre mi esposa y yo hemos gastado un total de 300euros para realizar este viaje, el ticket para dos personas tiene un costo de 24euros e incluye los pasadisos de Paiva que luego te mostrare en otro post! a mi parecer es un viaje economico, te recomiendo hospedarte en un hotel al aire libre para disfrutar la experiencia! otro dato interesante es venirte preparado con zapatos de excursion ya que esta zona tiene un camino rocoso, y resbaloso! la seguridad primero!🤑🤑

Y por fin luego de caminar unos 15 minutos por un camino un poco dificil a lo lejos podia observar la grandesa y una de las mayores proesas de la ingenieria, un hermoso y espectacular puente, el proximo paso es realizar el chequeo de tus billetes con escaneo! luego esperamos 15minutos para recibir una nutritiva explicacion sobre porque se construyo el puente en esta zona en especifico! que lo hacia tan diferente? vamos a escuchar...🤔🤔

En resumen nuestro guia nos explica que el puente fue posicionado estrategicamente en esta zona por varios motivos, primero para tener acceso a los pasadizos de Paivas, una zona que diariamente es visitada por mas de 1000 turistas! luego podemos ver el valle, y una famosa cascada, que atraviesan la zona proporcionando una vista espectacular! el rio en fuerte con 4/6 por lo que es muy comun ver practicas deportes acuaticos extremos!😮😮

The bridge is called 516 because it is exactly 516 meters long, which makes it the longest on the planet. It is approximately 175 meters high, the Paiva river confers that particular sound of a mighty river passing at your feet! so you have a great view!😎😎

MY EXPERIENCE PASSING THE BRIDGE💖🚩🧭😮

First let me tell you if you have vertigo at heights, it is not a place to enjoy it to the fullest! Although our guide gives certain recommendations, if you panic it is simply walking with a view of the horizon and never looking down! well I am not afraid of heights from what you can see! xD but my wife does! therefore she felt great because she did something called "overcome your fears"!😋😋

Primero dejame decirte si tienes vertigo a las alturas, no es un sitio para disfrutarlo al maximo! aunque nuestro guia da ciertas recomendaciones, si entras en panico es simplemente caminar con la vista al horizonte y nunca mirar abajo! bueno no sufro de miedo a las alturas por lo que puedes ver! xD pero mi esposa si! por tanto se sintio muy bien porque ella hizo algo llamado "vencer tus miedos"!😅😱😲

AFTER CROSSING THE BRIDGE💖🚩🧭😮

After fulfilling the objective of crossing the bridge and having immense fun! it was time for our little picnic! We decided to eat something more than 300 meters high on the mountain with an excellent view! but first some photos!😁😁

I can tell you it was money well spent! Arouca is impressive and visit more than 10 places with such different and beautiful landscapes that without a doubt I would relive this pleasant experience! My country has so much to offer with such a pleasant climate, the weather favored us and the rest of the day was sunny!😚😚

Puedo decirte que fue un dinero bien gastado! Arouca es impresionante y visite mas de 10 sitios con paisajes tan diferentes y hermosos que sin duda volveria a revivir esta grata experiencia! mi pais tiene tanto para ofrecer con un clima tan agradable, el tiempo nos favorecio y el resto del dia fue soleado!🌏🧭
