Namaste š
Hope you are doing great!!!
After spending about 7 to 8 days in Delhi NCR, finally I am back to my hometown. My hometown has recently experience a lot of snowfall, so I was able to see a lot of snow mountains all around me. In todayās blog. Iām going to write about my experience of coming back to my hometown after such a long journey.
This is home. This is where my heart is. This is where I grew up and this is where I wanna be. I took overnight bus from Delhi to Manali and my brother came to pick me up from Patlikuhal. I saw my home from a distance and I was like this is where I belong in the photograph ever you can see my home in between the snow Himalayas.
It was a cloudy day today with clouds, making a lot of good shapes. It was good to experience the slowness of the life that happens here at the village after experiencing the first life of the capital city of India that is New Delhi.
After testing for a while, it was time to go to my anpple orchard to work for a while. There are Nepali worker was ploughing up the ground for planting Jao.
As itās really cold nowadays, here in Manali, so it was time to restock some wood for the fire pit inside our house. I helped everyone to collect some firewood, and you can see the pile of firewood that I collected in the photograph.
All the leaves were fallen as of now, and the Apple trees were left only with branches. You can see that in the photographs below. This is the time of the year when you can see in between the orchid as there are no leaves on the trees.
When I was in my orchard, it was already winter evening time, and there I saw a little burst of sun shining over the freshly fallen snow on the mountains.
I was with my brother and my cousin, and we were having a good time. We were having conversation about my trip to Delhi and what I did there, and I told them everything. I told them how I have explored the New Delhi. All the main attractions of Delhi, Gurgaon, and other places of NCR.
I also told them that how different it is to be there as compare to being here. I guess. I realised how blessed I am to be born in Himalayas, reading this fresh air and being in between these amazing views.
As today is New Yearās Eve, so there was a lot of traffic on the way the journey which usually takes around 12 hours to complete took me 14 hours. I was happy that I was able to make it back home before New Year so that I was able to celebrate it with my family.
It couldnāt get better than this spending the last few hours of 2024 in my orchid, seeing the best views that I can ever see. It was indeed the best way to end the 2024.
Thatās my village called Baragran. Itās a small village away from hustle and bustle of the main Manali town. Thatās about 14 km from the Manali town.
The evenings of the winter season are most amazing evenings of the year the Golden Hughes of the Sun shines differently. During this time you can see that in the pictures below the sky is just look so dramatic more dramatic than you can ever look in a summer day, thatās the perfect winter vibe.
There I captured this amazing panorma of the Pir Panjal Range of Himalayas. As seen from my village. The Golden hues of Sunset were shining brightly on the freshly fallen snow on the top of the mountains and it was just looking very amazing.
Right next to my orchard, I saw my friend. He was pruning the branches of the Apple trees, as you can see in the photograph below. This is the time when you need to take care of the Apple trees by giving them fertilisers by cutting their branches by pruning them so that you can enjoy a good fruit in the coming year.
After this amazing evening walk at my hometown, it was not time to get back to my home so that I could prepare for the New Yearās Eve party that was going to be held in my home today evening.
Thatās all for today.!.!.!
Happy New Year everyone, may this upcoming year of 2025, be blissful for everyone!!!
Peace ā®ļø
