Throw back to Feb 2019 when I went for a trip to Honghe in Yunnan, a small county in the southwestern province of China, Here, I enjoyed a great terrace view & nice food!
Yunnan province is one of my favorite places to visit in China. It has all kinds of nature reserves. Forests, snow mountains, inland sea, plateau, etc. I've visited many places over the years, and today I'd love to share the view of the terrace with you!
Usually the best time to visit Yunnan is spring, but we went a little earlier and the air is still chilly. The main transportation from one place to another is by car, because they're usually small villages, and the drivers are locals that can recommends places to stay.（you might get ripped off, so the bargain is necessary）😸
One day I woke up early to see the sunrise on the rooftop, as the hotel ia perfectly placed on the top of the mountain. Looking down, the golden reflections of the sun on the rice fields gave me a perfect start to the day and made me wish i could stay there forever! Take a look:

I really miss the days where we could travel freely around the world. I hope the pandemic will be over soon so I can escape the city more often again.💃
