Julley Everyone,
A chilly warm, summer day in the extreme corners of Himalayas, the cold himalayan desert region and the land is unknown was spent here in the outskirts of Ladakh region. That itself is a remote place in the Himalayas.
It was the car village at Such an high altitude, Place and peaceful corner hidden in this beautiful world, and in this post, I’m gonna take you guys along with me to this journey.
The beautiful landscapes
The journey was not about visiting a particular place, but moreover, it was about enjoying the whole view, enjoying the whole journey, enjoy the whole moment with these beautiful moments, the dry mountains and high altitude places with beautiful clouds and blue sky as blue as ocean and the clouds as white as the mountains that felt like made up of gold and all together, it was truly a landscape that looked unreal.
It was somewhere near about 9 AM early morning and sharing these moments from mid July. When I went at the place I thought not to share with you guys through this post and share the hidden beauty of the Himalayas and early morning sunrise time as from Leh town, we were headed to this place and the whole distance. It was somewhere near about more than 40 km that took us near about 2 to 3 hours and between the journey sharing these moments as the morning sunrise, the light just felt on these mountains. Presently, these bright beautiful shades of the mountains.
The place being at high altitude place also above the non-tree line, the non-tropical zone and above the Tree line where it is really very difficult for any vegetation to grow due to the Harsh climate conditions as the extreme sunlight and extreme cold climatic conditions that makes this place isolated region, so quiet somewhere in between these high mountains, as usually the place in the winter time is covered under snow that last for a lot of time throughout the year.
It was not just about the views, but also I was so amazed to see the condition of the road how well these beautiful roads were built, and that was that made a journey really very easy. Otherwise, in the ancient times I would just even thinking about, and I was so fascinated about you to just think that how the ancient explorers would have visited and explore these beautiful, magical hidden gems in the Himalayas, but now we are so grateful that we could just drive by and reach from one corner to another corner of the world, and that too in just, no time as in the Ancient times, it usually used to take generations and generations of explorers to explore a particular place, and that’s how isolated Regions have developed as the became the settlers of the place and the story goes on.
As every return that we took, it was a new landscape that came right in front of our eyes. We truly enjoyed the whole journey to be honest more than the end region itself as it was not about climbing the mountain, but it was about how we enjoy the whole hike that was going on my mind when I was wondering why, and truly we decided to go as slow as we could capture as moments as we could, and truly enjoy the whole process, enjoy the whole journey.
As it had been near about more than 2 1/2 hours, since we started a journey, and it felt like that I was getting close to the place that we were planning to visit about just the straight road and it was the place that it felt like that we were about to visit. Even the landscape said that this place suits better for a vibe of a village or a place…
The Khardung Village.
There were literally very few houses in the village as beyond which it was the world‘s highest motorable pass the car pass at an altitude of more than 5600 m above the sea level and underneath which it was the village where a few houses that were at the place, and the whole glimpse looked something just like this.
The Straight Rd.
Just by the side of the road, where there were these beautifully constructed houses right next to the road and beyond which it was the village as these were the private houses of the people, and rather I decided not to just go inside the village as there was not quite a lot of things as a tourist destination, so I decided to maintain the peace and calm of the place and sharing these moments as first and experience as a traveller as a nomad visiting the place for the first time and that too, without any sort of information about the place so that even you guys could get such first and experience and information about the place and sharing my personal experience so that you guys can also get to know hidden places in the Himalayas.
Driving straight and enjoying the moment, and that was how the journey kind of looked. Let me know my photographs you like the most in the common section, and I would love to hear it from you. I have captured all of these photographs using Apple, iPhone 12 and edited them using iPhone photo editor.
So that's all for today guys, I hope you liked it.
Thanks for your precious time. 🙏
Love from the Himalayas. ❤️
